Best Running Water in Las Vegas NV

Was really embarrassed after our upstairs toilet broke one night and we had to go out to a coffee shop in the morning. The next day, this local plumber came by and fixed the problem for me.

Frank came out first and explained what steps needed to be taken to complete the plumbing repair and also stated that he would put together a report for our insurance. When we had taken care of the insurance company I called in to schedule the work. Drew came out to complete the work and he accomplished it in one day. This included access the plumbing and making the repairs. All of the staff was great to work with and very professional. Although the job was expensive, the plumbing techs did not waste time and explained all of the costs and options up front. I would not hesitate to call them again for any additional work I might require in the future.

My new HVAC unit is working great. Using 35% less power than the old one. For everything I have scheduled, they give me a time window but have always arrived during the first hour of the window.

We wanted to install a water softener unit for our new house. I called to make an appointment to get an estimate, They had someone at the house within an hour. It turned out that our water heater was on the brink of going out also, as it was making loud banging sounds whenever we took showers or doing laundry. They were there the very next morning to do the work. Preston and Roger were very professional and super friendly. They were done within a couple of hours and did a great job. We will definitely use them again. Very satisfied...

I originally went with another plumber that quoted me for a job that was completely unnecessary. I only needed a video scope of the main line to the house I was purchasing. Luckily, I had the pleasure of having Rick look at all the pluming lines and water line. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and patient while explaining all possible expense and procedures for repairs. He gave his honest opinion and unlike the other plumber, he didn't try to up sell his work. Thanks Rick.

Was estimated to change out two bathtubs was scheduled to be replaced two weeks ago but had to reschedule on their end due to emergency which was understandable. We rescheduled but the day before they called and wanted to reschedule again which i agreed they were suppose to show up next day early am which didn’t happen. Alex called me in the morning and said they won’t be able to install that day and would come out to take measurements same day which i didn’t understand because why didn’t they take measurements when they first came for estimate? Was suppose to show up at 3pm had to cancel appointments due to that and wasted my whole day waiting on Alex which he never showed up nor called. Very unprofessional for a job that’s suppose to take one day but is stretching out to almost a month now

Great service, they installed two new faucets in my master bathroom and a new toilet. I will continue to use!
