They arrived quickly at my house with all of the necessary tools, quickly analyzed the problem, and properly rectified it. Their capacity to clear drains is amazing.

Our whole home water filter sprung a leak and we needed someone right away to come fix it. Kim was super professional and sent Tony out to take a look. I was advised of my options, made aware of alternative systems, and we agreed on a course of action. I was quoted a price fair enough that I didn't even think of negotiating, and Tony was on it right away. Professional, dressed well, prompt, proper repair and I have no worries anymore about my garage flooding. Start to finish, perfection. Thank you all. The Tech was honest and very professional, and he recommended that we needed to run the snake , which he did now our water is running out of our sink very fast. We are very pleased with our overall experience.

We had a washing machine valve pipe break late on a Saturday night. Tod was out in a jiffy and fixed everything quick! The prices were crazy reasonable, especially given the time of night! I’ll never use anyone else again!

I own a rental property in Downtown Las Vegas and I got a call from my guests staying at my property informing me of a plumbing leak in the garage. I needed plumbing repairs as fast as possible before any further water damage occurred. Apparently the water heater pipe had bursted and overflowed, flooding the concrete floor .This plumber did a live video call with me and explained everything in detail with the exact cost and was straight forward. They said they could fix the problem right then and address the water damage on the floor. Everything was resolved over the phone. I am so pleased with their service and will use them for my other properties in the area and recommend them to other property owners for sure!

I will never use them again after hearing about how they truly treat their employees. The only one they treat with respect and give special benefit and treatment to is the owner's son Carl who does not work the weekends or required to pull late night calls like all the others at his level. Wouldn't be surprised if he also never got penalties for what they call recall service either as i was told thats what happens if a plumber has to go back out for the same task again. Shame on you for taking a man's wages to pay another. They will break and discard the employees without hesitation or care. Do not use as I never will again. And to any that may think about employment here be wary and cautious.

I liked the fact that Mike accommodated us in short notice. I like they are very professional and best of all reasonably priced.

When it comes to getting service for plumbing, you have to do some research. After doing so, I was able to find Prostar Plumbing and I told Jorge about my faucet issues.

Jorge was able to respond with quickness and coming over to my house to attack the situation with my leaking faucets. I’m so happy with his service.

I do plan on contacting Jorge back because of his service.

Bid way too high. Found another plumber and saved over $500. Second plumber included another hours work fixing a leak in my washing machine faucet.
