After calling several plumbing companies regarding a leak in my front yard on a weekend with no response, I called Bosch Plumbing. Didn't leave a message as I figured no one would call me back. To my surprise, i received a call from Keegan while he was at a conference. He saw my number and called asking if I had a plumbing problem. Explained that I thought i had a broken pipe in my front yard. Said he would come out and look at it on Monday. Keegan showed up, right on time. Told me he was sick that morning but was feeling better. He started digging to see where the leak was. Get this, the owner of the company is digging. 1. Called me back after me not leaving a message. 2. Showed up on time. 3. Still came out after not feeling well. Impressive!! Based upon the condition of my supply line, Bosch Plumbing had to replace my line from my valve to my water softener. Did an excellent and timely job. Two service providers pulled up and everything was maybe or no the situation changed during the investigation of leak. In the end no work scheduled or done due to uncertainty of the product or personal available. 24/7 was a misinformation 25 dollars spend on lip service.

My wife and I had a Christmas party planned and had been setting up decorations and lots of food and drinks for nearly 3 weeks. About 3 1/2 hours before the party, our toilet backed up, then water started flooding our bathrooms and shower. I checked the clean out in front of the house and sewage was gushing out. We almost cancelled the party but I called impact plumbing and they had a guy out in 30 minutes and the drain line cleared in 20 minutes. Turned our out main sewer line was broken from tree roots and impact replaced it in 1/2 day. They are friendly and extremely responsive and did a great job. Highly recommend
