Joe and Francisco did a superb job at our home today. Recently, our old 25 year old furnace and AC unit from 1995 broke. We couldn't live through these horrible Las Vegas heat waves. I tried to get the best price as possible. Tony came over and was very professional. He looked at the system and got me a very cheap estimate. I couldn't pay it outright, so I got financed and it was only $95 a month. After that, Francisco and Joe came over the same day and installed a new furnace in the attic, a new thermostat in my hallway, and a new 4 ton AC unit. It was a reasonable wait time as it takes a while to get the old equipment out and the new equipment in. They cleaned and vacuumed the floor. 10/10 service. I will definitely use them again if I have to. Thank you Air Pro Master!

Service was great. Luis was very punctual and professional. I thought it was a bit expensive but he carried a booklet with prices and tables, so I knew that even though it was expensive, he wasn’t making it up or ballooning prices. He was very helpful and explained everything.

I called Michelle, she scheduled the guys to come out next day, Jose arrived on time and fixed my water heater in 15 minutes. Great service as always, highly recommend these guys.

You can bet they're as honest and professional as they come, which can be hard to find nowadays (specially when many others try to up-charge you depending on the part of town you're in). The poor reviews on here do not lie. This company is TERRIBLE! Please look at the work performed in the photo. Hard glue is left behind on the marble surrounds and the faucet isn’t attached properly. I’ve left messages for the company and have not received any response.
