We had a pipe connection break for our water softener on Saturday evening. We called Precision Plumbing and Frank Rohr called us right back. He asked if we could send him a picture of the problem, which I did and he told me it was an easy fix. Frank arrived right on time and fixed it in no time! He checked it to make sure there were no leaks (and there weren't!) He was not only very friendly he was neat. Everything was cleaned up before he left. COOL BUSINESS. I called plumbing repair now and had same day service for a water heater replacement! The plumber was friendly and respectful.

My home warranty assigned this company to repair a plumbing issue. I had water pouring from my bathtub faucet and had to turn the water off to my entire house. This happened on a Monday night, I had an appointment for Wednesday. On Tuesday morning I called when they opened to beg for an appointment that day. They said they were busy and had no openings. I called the warranty company and requested any assistance. Sadly, they couldn't get an appointment for that day either. I kept the appointment for Wednesday. I received an email on Wednesday stating my appointment had been changed to the following Tuesday. An entire week after I submitted the claim. I called and spoke to the rudest lady ever who told me I had no appointment and that they called me and I told them I would call them back. I never received a call from them. She told me the their calls were recorded and basically called me a liar. I told her to listen to the recordings and she would hear the truth. Then she told me I did not have an appointment and if I wanted to set one I needed to make one. I told her she was incorrect about all of this and I would request a new service provider from the warranty. Poor customer service is an understatement.

Brandon and Devon came out to fix a serious plumbing issue we were experiencing. They resolved the issue fast and efficiently and we have had no problems since! Extremely pleased with our experience with Total Drain Solution and highly recommend them. 10/10 service, professionalism, and expertise.

These guys are great. They come out and really want to know what's going on. Their prices are really reasonable. I had initially made a huge error in calling The Sunny Plumber AKA Goettl Plumbing and they wanted to charge me $20,000.00 because they said that I needed walls torn out, etc. I then called In House for a second opinion and they came out and showed me that Sunny Plumber had turned down the water heater to warm. Once it was turned back up to the normal temperature we had no issues with it. I really appreciate In House for their honesty

Love these guys. My pool is leaking, I had two previous people out to correct the problem, both diagnosed incorrectly and made and charged me for repairs that didn't correct the problem. Called Affordable leak detection, spoke with Wayne. He and his brother showed up exactly when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, correctly identified and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price I was happy to pay.

Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.
