Sent by warranty company to diagnose leaky water heater. I was on a video call and did not hear the doorbell over the very loud meeting chatter in my ear. When I found the card in the door an hour later, I called. The dispatcher, quickly called the plumber and he was back at my house in 30 minutes and replaced the leaking drain valve. I'm appreciative for the dispatcher making the call and the plumber willing to come back. Both could have just told me to reschedule.

I found Straight Up Plumbing after seeing the commercial for Home Advisor a few times and decided to give them a call. My call was answered by a very kind lady by the name of KeIlie. I spoke with her and was scheduled with an appointment date & time for an estimate only. A few days later a friendly, and very professional technician named Daniel came to my home and inspected my leaky kitchen faucet. He gave me an affordable estimate, with the option to have Straight Up provide a new faucet or I could buy my own. I opted to buy my own and immediately hired Daniel for the job. The repair was done 1 week later with excellent professionalism and I am giving Straight Up Plumbing 5-Stars 🌟 in all categories!

My heater gave out on me this week!! My house was freezing! My friend had told me about Air Pro Master and how she’s been with them for years so I called them over to fix my heater! They came to me as soon as possible and fixed the problem! I didn’t know how awful it was to not have a heater, especially during winter. Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!
