I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

I had two gas leaks, one located somewhere inside a wall and the other going to the pool heater. Southwest Gas gave me the name of Nevada Plumbing Authority as one of their approved partners to perform the work. They were prompt, responsive, and did stellar work. I would not hesitate to use them again. These guys are great.

I had a positive experience with the plumbing fixture replacement service. The technicians were skilled, installed the new fixtures flawlessly, and improved the functionality of my plumbing system. Great job!

Needed a new water heater. Called Mastermind Mechanical. They came to install the next day. Haik was professional, and on time. He called to inform us he was on his way to the house. The water heater is a Rheem so it is a good quality. His estimate was very reasonable and Mastermind Mechanical had the best warranty out of the other estimates we received. I will refer Mastermind to my neighbor and friends.

BEWARE!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Nothing at that address and Zach on the phone was beyond rude and told me I didn't care about my loved one because I didn't trust what he was saying as I was bawling my eyes out! Not to mention he told me out of state was my only option and that 100% the opposite of what my insurance said!!

Absolutely outstanding work done by Neland and Curtis. They did a great job fix a part on my drain that had come loose. They were very pleasant and professional. They gave me a call as they said they would. The. Gave me an estimated time of arrival and arrived at that time. The price was right. Will use them again and again. Even gave me a referral for who to call for damages to be fixed.

I had water leaking problem and discuss with 4 other companies.
But LVR Brian come and explane to me like my old honist friend.

Don’t hire these guys they don’t do what they are paid todo, and refused to fix the issue with out additional costs! They had a chance to make it right, but don’t care about doing there job correctly! Stay away you have been warned!

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

Our shower valve broke and saw they had great reviews so I called them. The CS rep on the phone was so professional and courteous. They were at my house within an hour. Jared & Tyler did such an amazing job!! Were able to fix it and saved me almost $1,000. VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, AND Explained everything they were doing.
