Was having some back up issues with my pipes a couple weeks ago so i called Best and i’ve never been happier to have one of their techs come out. i had Zach. not only is he a real nice guy, he’s upfront about plumbing and made sure that i understood everything. he jetted the pipes and now i have no backups. so grateful for best and their techs!

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

Best plumbers in town. He came out at midnight when our water heater blew to see what was going on. I am very grateful 🙏

Phil was very professional and able to explain a lot to someone who is not as versed in the trade, made sure to take the time to locate the source of the problem and apply the proper fix, and also took the time to make sure it was fixed properly. Enjoyable to talk to, and helpful. 10 out of 10 would hope to work with him on anything we may need fixed in the future. Thank you again Phil

This guy was amazing! I really felt he was an honest businessman. He never tried to over charge me. He was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him He will be the only plumber I call from low on!

Adan was very professional and also very friendly. He did a very good job and explained in layman's terms what was wrong with my kitchen sink and what needed to be done in fixing the leaking problem.

This company was great and quick to my needs. I had a main line blockage on a Saturday morning that i noticed. Within 2 hours they had someone come out and clear the blockage. The tech that came out was named Blake. He was very nice and gave me some helpful hints on maintaining and preventing it from happening again. I believe he is a great asset to your company. Thank you once again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED
I call this company for a toilet leak hoping to find local company. The appointment was two days later and the leak had stopped for unknown reasons. While the plumber was there I asked about replacing two faucet shower valves and one spout. He took pictures (all he needed per plumber) and said would get back to me. I was charged the $89 evaluation fee and told it could be used on the repair of the valves and spout. During the service call the plumber did say it would cost over $700 to replace the actual fixture if i did not want to just replace the valves. A week Iater I contacted company (as agreed upon at evaluation)their return email stated the valves were discontinued and i will need to find new ones. I asked for the make and model needed but they said they didn't know. How did they know the valves were discontinued if they can't give vital info. I researched several suppliers who stated I need make and model again I asked I they could give info after several emails (in one of their emails they asked if I had original packaging) I was told it was a mixet brand and could get at home depot. Again I researched and found a product I thought was correct and sent part number to confirm I had the right part. Again I was told they don't know. How do they know you can get it at home depot if they don't know what part I need. The company has clearly stated that they will not warranty any work if they did not provide the actual value. If the replacement valves are available at home depot why did they say the valve was discontinued. I have tried numerous time to get the correct part to replace the valves. This company has given me the total runaround and charged for a evaluation in which they provided no information other that they don't know. The latest email I received said the valves were extremely old and used in low end motels. They also have not seen in 10 to 12 years. They did send me a link easy to install with a screw driver which did not work. Their advise is I replace with somthing from moen or Kohler which will cost me at least $700 apiece and I will need to hire another company to fix the tile which they would need to remove. I originally gave the company a three but after the latest round of emails I lowered it to a one.

I read the owners response and totally disagree with the reply. As stated in my review the only real option I was given was to replace the entire unit not just the valve. All I requested was the correct make and model of the valves so I could try to obtain them for replacement. Instead of getting the information I got the runaround.

They were able to come out same day to save the day.
