As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262.
Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks?
Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped the bill to $131 after we spoke.

5 star service!!! We had a plumbing leak in our toilet due to a bad installation, spoke to Casie and got someone out the next day. They sent the technician Anthony out and he was very kind and courteous. Everything was done professionally and fairly quickly. Called to make a payment over the phone and they also offer online payments, Tori from accounting sent me the link and I was beyond pleased!! Easy & stress free

The technician, Adan Ramirez was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all our questions regarding the operations of the water conditioner system politely. He made sure that the Puronics Defender iGen (whole house water conditioner system) works/functions well before leaving our house. It did not take long for him to complete the job. Great company and very fast response. They reached out to me immediately following my quote request. What I liked is that they sent a pro plumber (Dustin) to review the work on-site, at no cost, in order to ensure an accurate quote. They subsequently provided a quote by email with electronic approval, making it very simple and easy. The appointment was scheduled by me a week later, and Dustin arrived promptly and jumped right in, literally. I had already dug the hole and Dustin cut the old pipes and installed the extensions, 90’s and the 4 risers. Dustin should be commended for his efforts. I took it from there and assembled and installed everything else myself. Took a long time to complete as it was a complex project but without Dustin’s help I would not have been able to get this started. Overall great customer service, timely work and competitive pricing. I strongly recommend HPI, and while I hope I never need more PVC work, I would definitely hire Dustin and Hydro Plumbing again.

Alex came on time. He was superb to work with. Patient and knowledgeable lead to finding the water leak coming from our hot water tank.
