My ac quit blowing cold air out of nowhere. I called Mastermind Mechanical and Haik came out Same Day.!! He found the leak on my outside ac unit. I must add that he found it a lot faster then I thought he would. He repaired the leak and put back the freon. My ac is now blowing cold 🥶 as ever.!! Very grateful for the same day service. Robert was here in 10 minutes at 6pm in the evening. He fixed the clogged garbage disposal in 15 minutes with a 3/8 cable and successfully restored my drain line back to normal. A++

The motor on my ac unit had died, and my air conditioner this wasn't cooling my home. I called these guys at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. The operator didn't really give me any time frame for my appointment, which was fine. I only asked for a half hour heads up before they were going to be there so i could get home from work and I went to work. I had no sooner arrived when I got a call that they were on their way. I turned around and went back home and their tech, Robert was about 5 minutes behind me. I led him to the stalled motor. He was friendly and professional. Robert spun the blade, which spun freely (meaning it hadn't seized) and checked the capacitor before determining the motor indeed needed replacing. He was done within about 45 minutes. Total cost for replacement was about $530. More than I really wanted to spend. My research said that the motor would cost between 50 and 300 dollars depending on make/model. I'm a computer technician, so I probably could have done it myself if I was OK with ordering a replacement motor, waiting several days for shipment (since it was a Friday, it likely wouldn't ship till Monday), hoping it was the right one, then teaching myself about ac unit while missing some needed diagnostic tools. It may have been a tad expensive, but considering first contact to finish was less than 2 hours on a Friday afternoon, I was thoroughly impressed.I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.

Had my first contractor completely flake out on me and abandon me after a slab leak flooded most of my house. Had the worst insurance company in the world. Seriously, if you have Western Mutual for your home insurance, switch immediately, I won't even get into that here because I will probably catch a slander case in the local courts if I do. As for Joe, he stepped in and helped me get the insurance company to pay more than they wanted. He had a awesome attorney I was able to consult, and in the end it all worked out. Maybe not as good as it should have if I had a real insurance company, but for the nightmare I was dealing with, the only good thing was LV Restoration and Joe personally helping me thru it. Ended up doing a full on remodeling from the floors to the ceiling. The work was excellent, and from everyone I talked to we got everything done in a record time. Of course it didn't seem that way, but I sit back and think about everything from plumbing, to electrical, to paint, to I don't think anything was untouched. Had a few problems, some big, some small, but they stand behind their work, and do whatever it takes to make it right. I have never done a full remodeling or delt with a flood ever before, and I don't wish it on anyone. LV Restoration is the company to use. He came in and fixed the nightmare that was left by the first contractor who disappeared after cutting holes in most of my walls and I now have a new house. Just finished everything less than a week ago, so I still haven't really had a chance to absorb everything that was done. But everyday now it gets better and better as I get used to a whole new house and get everything back to normal. I am working with Joe soon on a commercial project I have coming up, and I'm looking forward to knowing going in that the work will be to the highest standards. Don't hesitate to call for anything you need. Don't risk another unknown contractor.
