Loved the fact he checked his shoes at the door, was super professional, and even showed me a few tricks so I was more knowledgeable on how to troubleshoot. I used a $20 off coupon which was also a bonus and he didn't give me any grief for using it. Proved to me the problems and showed me the solution. Love this company and Steven was great! Called them up on the 21st at 8am and Brian came out by 11am. I had a leak under my main bathroom sink and my shut off valve was from the late seventies. He explained what he would do and what I needed to get it done as I live in a 4 unit complex with an HOA. Arrangements were made for him to come out on the 22nd to do the work and he provided me with a very reasonable price. He was here the next day and even though he had a more difficult time with the old plumbing the price never changed. I found him to be personable, professional, efficient and true to his word.
