We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

At 1st they missed the scheduled time on site, however, the tech showed up and did an outstanding repair job.

I chose Techcool after refusing 4 other companies offered by my home warranty company to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my home. I made the right choice in waiting until I was offered Techcool. They sent out Fernando, an extremely competent and professional young man who was great to deal with as he repaired everything. He kept me updated on the status as things progressed, worked extremely hard on getting some parts and fixtures replaced, and when he left everything was working perfectly. Nothing at that address and Zach on the phone was beyond rude and told me I didn't care about my loved one because I didn't trust what he was saying as I was bawling my eyes out! Not to mention he told me out of state was my only option and that 100% the opposite of what my insurance said!!

I've used Vegas Valley Plumbing multiple times for a variety of issues ranging from fixing a garbage disposal, unclogging drains, and fixing water pressure. They have done an exceptional job each time. They are very attentive to detail, make sure they're clean and shoes are covered prior to entering the home, and are very responsive. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in town for plumbing!

Needed a plumber asap to fix leaky water heater. Emergency Plumber Las Vegas connected me with a 24 hour plumber who came out quickly and was able to identify the issue. Professional service, would use again.

Robert was here in 10 minutes at 6pm in the evening. He fixed the clogged garbage disposal in 15 minutes with a 3/8 cable and successfully restored my drain line back to normal. A++

Edgar was extremely professional and helpful. Not only did he identify the issue with my irrigation box, but he also helped me adjust my sprinkler system and checked for any other leaks in the household - and one was found! He showed me how I could easily replace the part myself, and took the time to walk me through the step-by-step process.
