CAME TO MY HOME TO INSPECT AND CLEAN SYSTEM. A FEW DAYS AFTER HE LEFT I NOTICED THAT THE AC COMPRESSOR WAS MAKING NOISE AND WHEN I LOOKED I SAW THE OBVIOUS THAT ANY INSPECTION WOULD HAVE PICKED UP: THE WIRES TO THE FAN HANGING LOW DUE TO SLEEVE ROTTING AND WERE BEING CLIPPED BY FAN BLADES.

PRIOR TO THIS HE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR AND GAVE ME A WARRANTY FOR LABOR. HE REFUSED TO LIVE UP TO HIS WARRANTY BECAUSE I DARED COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS INSPECTION.

LOW QUALITY WORK AND LOWER QUALITY ETHICS. RUN FROM THIS CLOWN.

They checked our place right away and coordinated with our insurance company. Blane was the person in charge for our place. He is the best contractor we can ever have. Outstanding plumbing company! I had a pipe leak coming from under my slab and Plumbing Repair Now was able to repair it the same day. The job took a while to complete as they had to find the exact location of the leak under the floor. Once they were able to find it, the repair went smoothly. The plumbers were nice and charged a fair price for the amount work that was needed. Apparently the leak came from the hot water line which I hear is common in Las Vegas if the pipe isn't properly wrapped with 10 mil PVC film tape that blocks corrosive action by salt and soil acids.

Glad we called them first! Danny was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the situation and said he would not leave until the unit was functioning properly. They will always be our first call for all our needs!!!

Took 2 weeks for our tankless water heater to be repaired- we were without hot water for that whole time. They were “waiting on a part”… why wouldn’t you expedite it?? We could have ordered the same part and gotten it within a couple of days, which we would have done if your people didn’t keep beating around the bush and telling us they didn’t know the exact part every time we asked. All companies care about these days is making money.. so sad. We will never use this company again. I DO NOT recommend them.

So relieved we found Valleywide to detect and fix our pool leak! We knew we had leak for a few months now but had a hard time determining where it was coming from - it progressively got worse the last couple weeks- losing about an inch of water a day. Plaster and equipment is all fairly new - about a year old but the pool itself is about 30 years old. Our pool guy wasn't able to determine where the leak was coming from so I contacted another pool leak detection I found on google with a lot more reviews.. he came out and spent about 30 minutes fiddling around before telling me he had to leave and gave no indication where leak might be. So I gave Valleywide a call - they set up a time to come find the leak. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They found the leak in about 30-40 min. They were able to schedule a time to fix the leak as well later in the week but did not pressure me at all to schedule it with them. A pipe had cracked right where they detected. The job took a few hours and we are not losing any water now. With all the flaky people out there don't waste your time - use Valleywide for your pool leak detection!
