After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

Tech came to the house and quoted my wife (who was home alone) $1300 to replace the whole garbage disposal when the problem was just a leaking pipe. Shame on you for trying to price gouge a woman like that! She called another plumber and had the pipe fixed same day for only $125

Absolutely the worst experience of my life! Did not bring leak detector, ripped-up my yard, broke landscape lighting, killed bushes and shrubs, sprinkler system and took slate stone with them that decorated the walk-way.Assured me that when they were done I would not be able to tell anyone was here! What a joke! Keith, owner, said job would be done in one day. Seven days later job did not pass inspection. He also promised to send out a landscape lighting company. Never came. Called and left over five messages to no avail!Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. Also, charged me an additional $250 to replace a pipe that had nothing to do with the leak. Leak was actually in one small spot where it would have taken less than an hour to repair had they done their job. Even the inspector could not believe what he saw. He did not sign-off on the inspection because the original leak was never fixed.If you see Rick coming, run the other way! The slowest worker on the planet. Left dirt mixed with rocks, holes, did not cover-up tar paper, left dirt, dead branches and trash everywhere . If only I was here during the so called clean-up. Totally taken advantage of. My home is listed for sale and how can I show potential buyers this mess! The lighting was a huge feature along with the drip & sprinkler system.So, basically my yard will never be the same. I have to replace sprinkler system, lighting and rocks and walk-way stepping stones along with many dead plants. Left trash everywhere! Used my trash cans and did not clean up 3/4 of their mess. Now, I have to do it. I have MS and Lupus and am single and I do not have the money to take care of the damage they caused to my yard.Do not hire this company. Beware, they are liars, do crappy work, and kill every living thing. No regard for homeowner's property. Very very upset and disappointed.At least I can warn others as to what they do and how they do business.

Very professional company. Great customer service both over the phone and in person. Brian, the plumbing technician that visited my house was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Pricing was very reasonable and explained line by line so there is no misunderstanding. Best thing is that Brian was at my doorsteps within an hour of my reaching out to the company.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

Very professional/Quality work/On time...Had an emergency on my main sewage line clogged, I called Innovative Plumbing and with no hesitation within an hour someone showed up and unclogged my main sewage line. It would have been worse if I waited. Thank You!

Found this company after going round and round with Home Warranty.
Impact Plumbing were able to send Alex within a day to give an estimate. Within a couple of days we had Vic and Lucas fix the toilet, angle stops, shower fixtures (handle & safety grip).
One of showers did not have a handle when we bought the place so we thought they had to cut into the tile and install a new handle since the place was old.
Vic was amazing, he research the type and tracked down where to find a replacement. This saved the tile and money. Also, because the place was old, they ran in to several issues finding parts or the way things were angled in the apartment. This did not stop Vic, he continued to look for the matching parts and resolve all issues.
Office employees were also great to work with. Very pleasant and responded quickly on my questions.
