David was excellent! He called me the night I found the leak and walked me through turning off the hot water for the house. He arrived promptly the next day for estimate and service. Did a great job on the work and even cleaned up like was never there when he was finished. Was just an overall nice guy. Price was also spot on with what I researched regarding the price of repair. Would definitely recommend, and use them again.

Easy, friendly, on time, thorough.

Jose was professional and responsive. My dogs chewed through my wires overnight and I woke up without hot water. Jose came out and fixed the issue the same day and was extremely nice.

I love working with Impact Plumbing. Sammy came to our house and fix both problems in less than 20 minutes. Their technicians are very nice, professional, not pushy, and really show you they care about your house. Alexander came a day before and gave us a free consultation in regards to what we should do about installing a hot tub. he was fantastic and you can tell they have a great training in regards to communicating with clients. We are likely to hire them to another large project at our new house. We just moved from out of town and this is a great welcome to the new neighborhood.

I found this company by happenstance in the middle of a flood crisis in our (new) home. Vegas Valley Plumbing came to our house promptly and fixed the problem easily and effectively. They were then able to come out for another (unrelated) plumbing issue and then helped us get our soft water system back on line. I can't say enough great things about this company. Knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and very friendly (my dog even loves them!) I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Don’t hire these guys they don’t do what they are paid todo, and refused to fix the issue with out additional costs! They had a chance to make it right, but don’t care about doing there job correctly! Stay away you have been warned!

I had a leak in my main water line to my house on labor day right after celebrating my wife's birthday the previous day. Wayne showed up on short notice, on a holiday to fix my leak at a great price. He stayed until the job was completed. I have found my new plumber. His character and work ethic does all the talking. This is a guy you can trust. He used the proper methods and tools to pinpoint the leak and repair it without have to remove my tree or tear up my concrete. A+

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.
