I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

I called Precision Plumbing in order to have a flush/cleaning of my one year old tankless water heater. I spoke with Autumn who was really nice in setting up an appointment as soon as possible. Gilbert arrived at my location and was really nice as well. Service was excellent and Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable about the service that he provided. I appreciated that he praised me in keeping up with yearly services and extra items that we have put in our house to monitor our water system (water leak detector, water softener, etc). I will definitely use Precision Plumbing again for future services. Thank you!

Excellent experience and will definitely use them again. Another company told us the only way they could fix our plumbing clog was to dig through our office, cut the clogged section, and replace it. Hip came out personally on a Sunday and fixed the clog without having to dig. He put in more time and effort than most companies would have to find a non invasive and more cost effective way to fix it. I am truly appreciative and cannot stress how impressed I was/am with Hips Plumbing. Technicians were also very knowledgeable and professional. I’d give them six stars if I could.

Called pipe dreams plumbing my water heater was leaking water had to be replaced.I talked to a gentleman named Chance. Chance informed me he had one of his employees just finishing a job. I was told a plumber would call me before coming, Zack called me said he would be there between 12 and 1. He arrived at 1230 replaced the water heater . Wow! Its nice to see that honesty and integrity prevail. I was cheated by a different plumbing company, and this honest man fixed my problem immediately. He explained the components of the toilet to me; showed me what was wrong; and what needed to be corrected. Now that's professionalism. I would highly recommend Dino for repairs. I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!
