Brandon was my Goettl rep this time around. He was very prompt and professional. Really spent time taking detailed pictures up in the attic and explaining what each and everything does. Also took pics of my ducts to show it didn't need any cleaning.I am on the membership plan which gives me a A/C and Heat inspection/rejuvination yearly and it's been worth it just to make sure my system is running smoothly before the hot summers and nothing too dangerous happens when the heat is running.

My experience was wonderful! From the start I was impressed with the professionalism. I setup an appointment on a Monday and they were there Wednesday morning as promised. Our tech Stone was very professional and welcoming, my wife felt very comfortable with him. They also didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. They have integrity and are honest, that is hard to find. Don't think twice on choosing Express Home Services!

Didn’t go with their service due to really good financing option offered by a larger company. Didn’t need the financing but you can’t beat 0%.Wanted to at least leave a review saying Alex was great. Friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall was a good experience.

The service received by Alex was definitely 5 star. He not only respected social distancing by wearing shoe booties and a mask, but he spoke professionally, gave knowledgeable advice and went above and beyond to help us out with our dryer/washer install even when he didn't have to. From the time I called for an appointment and the time he showed up was only an hour wait. The actual service time had to be less than 1.5 hours. I would definitely recommend this company and their tech Alex!
