Tony was professional and knew what need to be repaired. He added some suggestions which fixed main pressure for the entire house which was causing the entire house plumbing fixtures to be overpressurized henceforth damaging the fixtures therefore lifespans shortened for years. I would definitely recommend this company for their quality and professionalism.

We called simply for a heater inspection they sent senior tech Steve Frederick out. He came to our door with shoe covers on and gloves , nice uniform, we immediately liked him , great attitude very professional! Out furnace passed inspection an steve said it will was the best running furnace he has saw in years. Definitely recommend simply and we would use them again.

Travis came to replace our water softener. It was obvious that he was very customer service focused right from the start. He was very patient in explaining things to me. He discussed my options with me, but I did not feel pressure to buy at all. He was very transparent and honest. He skipped his lunch break to work on my house, and when he had to go in the evening due to other obligations (we didn't have him even come over until late in the day) he offered to come back to keep working into the night because our water still wasnt crystal clear yet. It was really above and beyond service. He did extra things for us that he didn't have to. Really a great guy, glad we ran into him and that he came and did the work for us.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced.
