Best Heater Upgrade in Las Vegas NV

We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

Excellent service. Technician came and did a diagnostic and SHOWED me what the problem was. Overall, he got the job done within 10 mins and was very professional.

Wesley from 5 Star Home Services came to my home on Monday, July 30. We were without air for 2 1/2 long days after returning from vacation. The apartment was sweltering, to say the least. One Tech from a different company, Igor from Air Pro Master, was in on Sunday, and stormed out of the house after 1 hour, stating he could not diagnose the problem leaving us stranded without offering any alternatives. Wesley, on the other hand, worked relentlessly until he did get the problem solved repairing 3 issues associated with the AC failing to function.
Wesley was polite, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked for almost 4 hours straight in the 109' heat in the home. I noticed him on the phone for back-up advice. Needless to say, we were grateful and happy he was assigned to our house. I highly recommend 5 Star for service, and in particular, Wesley, to get the job done right!!

David and Ryan came out for my annual air conditioning check up and they are the most professional technicians that I have had at my home. Truly stellar service, I have recommended them to friends and family, and they always provide an excellent customer experience. Thank you Best!

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

Nice mechanic that said I had to completely replace faucet for a constant drip issue. Got the invoice of 85$ (for the visit) and it notated: “tech arrived and couldn’t locate a faucet with dripping.” There were 4 faucets total with this problem.

Not positive about their plumbing abilities but the driver with the ducky19 license plate has NO patience. We were out early looking for our missing dog and slowed down a smidge on horse road. We slowed down thinking They were trying to be nice and let us know something was wrong with our vehicle because he felt the need to honk; nope...just raced ahead of us to stop at the stop sign 500 ft ahead 🙄.

The technician, Thomas, arrived on time and was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He inspected my A/C and gave me a quote with some options. The only thing I did not like was that the service scheduler would not give an estimate of the cost for refrigerant. That could have saved us both time.

Hydro Plumbing is the best! Had a tub removed and glass doors re-installed in another bathroom and had walk-in shower installed. 100% satisfaction and HIGHLY recommend Hydro. True professionals and very conscientious about their work. Lead tech, Aric, outstanding along with this assistant and Millie in their office. Did not expect this 1st class service. Once again, Hydro is the best.

I have worked with Larkin for years - great Company and people! My experience today was no different than all the excellent experiences I have had in the past. Same day service when I request it. Kurt was not only prompt, quick and both efficient and effective, but very pleasant to talk with and really made me feel comfortable with the work done. All was taken care of at a very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend them more highly.
