I called on a Sunday night, and Monday morning the service tech was there to service our hot water heater. Excellent customer service and very fair pricing. Will DEFINTELY use them for my maintenance work and any repairs. HIGHLY recommended!!

I HAD A HORRIFIC HOT WATER LEAK FROM UNDER MY HOME'S SLAB[FOUNDATION].HAVING HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES I WAS SO VERY PLEASED TO HAVE MARK AND HIS HELPER FIND THE LEAK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY,SAVING ME A HUGE WATER/GAS BILL,THEY CAPPED IT,REROUTED THE PIPE AND CAME IN UNDER ESTIMATE.EXPERIENCE COUNTS.THEY WERE ON TIME,,NEAT CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND AFTER 25 YEARS OF BEING A HOMEOWNER I CAN ONLY WISH THERE WERE MORE TECHNICIANS LIKE MARK OF ORCHARD PLUMBING.

Booking an appointment with them is easy, Alex is very professional and always on time. Just before 10 pm my cold water valve under my kitchen sink starts to leak. It takes over an hour to finally get a hold of a plumber that would actually help me now and not in the morning. We can't find the main water box anywhere and I had been digging where it should be since making my calls. Thank Code Red Emergency Plumbing for actually helping me out. The tech Kylan got here pretty quick and even he couldn't find the main valve box outside. He decides to do a live cap. Around 60 PSI of cold water jetting out as he tries to cap it off until we can get the water company out here to find this stupid water box to actually turn off our water. It may have took him a few minutes and us both getting soaked...my kitchen, dinning room, den...all Flooded but he was able to cap it off. Around 40 minutes later the water company finally gets to my house and turns the water off so my plumber can fix the valve. My house was almost ruined but he had a powerful wet vac to help out get most of the water up. 48 gallons of water is what he sucked up. Thank you so much Kylan from code red emergency plumbing for being the only tech that I called for help and actually came right away. It was a crazy night but I would use this place again for any of my plumbing needs and if I could, I would ask for Kylan every single time for saving my house from a far worse flood that could have happened.

I have no idea how this company doesn't have more negative reviews. They have to be filtering them out. I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unreliable company in my life. Save yourself the time, as they will leave you waiting all day for them. We fired them for the job and went with someone else. Trust me, don't waste your time.

USE ANYONE BUT THEM !! I call 24hrs in advance for some work to be done on my Mothers house , She is 70 . Made an apointment for 4 pm the next day , asked if the would call 1/2 hr befor getting there so I would have time to get over to Moms house . All good right ! Got to Moms about 3:45 so I called to let them know I was there and to come on over , On the phone the guy tells me my apointment was at 6pm not 4 as I asked , Ok so what , hang with mom for a few hours , cool , 6 pm comes and goes so I call back at about 6:30 . Dispatch tell me they are behind on time and it will be longer , I ask for an ETA and he can't TELL ME . Another hour goes by and I call back , NOW he tells me they can't make it at all and it will be the next day . I sak for his boss and just get the run around from him . I ask him since I called 24 hours ago whay are they taking new call before mine , he says policy . NEVER GONNA CALL THEM AGAIN , SUGGEST YOU DONT AS WELL . Called Darden Plumbing , got some one right away , very frendly lady on the phone that was helpful and respectful . Thats all I got to say about that !!!
