I initially contacted Rooter Ranger for a quote to repair the blockage in my sewer line after another company was used to perform the hydro jetting, clearance and line location. Once I decided to contract their services for the repair the lead technician stayed in contact with me during the entire process, even when they were required to wait several days until the gas utility provider (Southwest Gas) was able to perform a site survey to determine how to address the line conflict. The previous company that I had contracted to clear the line broke one of the angle stops on one of my toilets and refused to repair it. Rooter Ranger was able to replace the damaged pipe and all the angle stops for my toilets at 15% lower than the price quoted by the initial sewer contractor for the repair. Rooter Ranger did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone in Las Vegas or Henderson in need of a dependable and trustworthy plumbing contractor to repair their sewer line.

Michelle was just incredible in helping with a spot inspection at my home with little notice and have been over-the-top helpful, friendly and easy to work with for all my plumbing needs. I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!

I have no idea how this company doesn't have more negative reviews. They have to be filtering them out. I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unreliable company in my life. Save yourself the time, as they will leave you waiting all day for them. We fired them for the job and went with someone else. Trust me, don't waste your time.
