This is the only company I will use for any plumbing work I need!!!
Not only are they very professional and friendly , the quality of the work provided is outstanding. Jason was quick to diagnose my leak and provide me a very reasonable price for what needed to be done.
Having a plumbing emergency can cause anxiety and he knew how to address my concerns in my frantic state. It is rare in Las Vegas that you can find a friendly, reliable service company that provides quality work at a good price. Thank you NPA, I will definitely use you in the future!!

The emergency plumber I called was fantastic; they came out to my workplace right away. They finished the work swiftly, without making any mess, and at a fair price. If you ever need any additional services, I strongly suggest them.

I absolutely love this company. Jerry is so attentive and knowledgeable. They never tried talk me into “more expensive is better “. Yet, they understood the issues and took the time to figure out exactly what WE needed! Very professional!!

Very rude staff. When trying to speak with them over the phone they had nothing to say about the way the employees were acting on the job just not listening to me explain what was going on. Overall shook with the way these guys think its ok to act towards their clients and will never be recomending or using this service again.

After almost being ripped off by a Restoration Co. I decided to slow things down and start doing my homework. I contacted 10 plumbers, 5 from Google and 5 from Yelp.

At 12:40 am I, contacted Dino's Plumbing by phone and left a voicemail for Michelle. At 2:39pm Michelle call me back to schedule an estimate.

On July 24, about 8:30 Dino's Plumbing arrived (Plumber #3) which was Dino and Michelle. Dino didn't say much and was basically right to work, Dino was the only plumber that actually measured (not guesstimated). And within about 15 minutes Dino tell me exactly what needed to be done. Which was 100% true (8 out of the 10 plumbers lied about something $$$). And then advised me that he would email me the estimate which I liked, because he didn't try to act like he already had the job or make it difficult to get rid of him (like other plumbers do). And knowing everything that needs to be done and I mean EVERYTHING!!! Dino's estimate was an honest and fair estimate, and Dino was fast, accurate and honest.

After going through 10 different plumbers this experience was more than eye-opening. At the end of this I had estimates from $15,000 all the way down to under $1000.

Dino was hands-down the most honest plumber out of all 10. So I will definitely be going with Dino's Plumbing

Ken from plumbing solutions came out and looked at pressure regulator value I tried to replace and informed me Home Depot had sold me the wrong part. Ken told me where to go to get the right part and even called and made sure they had it. Wet straightforward and honest not only did he not charge me and money he saved me a lot of money in the long run. He gave me his personal cell phone number that way if u had any future plumbing questions I could go to the source and get the right answers the first time. I would definitely recommend this company especially if ken comes out.

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

I have no idea how this company doesn't have more negative reviews. They have to be filtering them out. I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unreliable company in my life. Save yourself the time, as they will leave you waiting all day for them. We fired them for the job and went with someone else. Trust me, don't waste your time.
