This company is great! Got a call from our nephew on Sunday that there was a leak in our water heater and water was running down the drive way. We live out of state so trying to find someone to go to the house on a Sunday is difficult enough, most companies even though they say they are 24/7, didnt want to come out. This company showed up and saved the day. They handled everything over the phone with us, did the repairs timely and connected us with a company to help with the water damage. They are honest and priced fairly, and so helpful with us being long distance. I would definitely use them again!

My hot water heater was venting into my attic potentially putting CO2 in my house. I used Home Advisor to look up plumbers in the area to fix this problem. I had some other companies come and wouldn’t even touch my problem but I had Straight Up Plumbing come and they sent out Daniel and he really went above and beyond for me and fixed my problem. I will be requesting Daniel for all plumbing needs going forward. Now my family has hot water again and I am a very happy costumer.

I was referred to Jason. After a phone call detailing the issue, he quoted a price. He came out on time and repaired the problem and went above and beyond. Explained everything as the job was going along. Professional, knowledgeable and true to his word. Also, very tidy. He honored his original quote and did a little extra job for us without upping the price. I recommend him highly.

The overall experience using Resolution Plumbing was great from beginning to end. Scheduling was quick and organized. Within no time Alex (owner) was over to my residence to handle several issues with a menacing toilet. After a partial rebuild and some unclogging the toilet is back and better than ever. Was estimated to change out two bathtubs was scheduled to be replaced two weeks ago but had to reschedule on their end due to emergency which was understandable. We rescheduled but the day before they called and wanted to reschedule again which i agreed they were suppose to show up next day early am which didn’t happen. Alex called me in the morning and said they won’t be able to install that day and would come out to take measurements same day which i didn’t understand because why didn’t they take measurements when they first came for estimate? Was suppose to show up at 3pm had to cancel appointments due to that and wasted my whole day waiting on Alex which he never showed up nor called. Very unprofessional for a job that’s suppose to take one day but is stretching out to almost a month now
