TECHCOOL Air Conditioning is awesome. We had an issue with our A/C not cooling. We called our home warranty and they sent out a company that was unable to fix the problem. My wife and I woke up to an alarm we have under the sinks in our kitchen. Into emergency mode we went. Get the towels, clear the stored items from the cabinet, turn off the water. Call Precision Plumbing. Kim answered the call. She took control and before I knew it she had the whole thing set up and told me that Drew would be our technician and would be here at 3pm. Darn, the doorbell was ringing at 3pm sharp. We invited Drew in and all of us headed for the kitchen. Drew turned his flashlight on and disappeared under the sink. We heard a few taps, large retainer nuts turning and a confident voice saying, I found the cause of the leak. He reappeared and reached out for the built in spray. A few turns with a pair of chanel lock pliers and bingo, all finished, 15 minutes flat. He gave us the bill and headed for the door. This young man is bright, smart, polite and loves to talk. Our thanks to Kym and Drew. We will refer Precision Plumbing as often as the opportunity arises. Thanks again.

During maintenance, tech realized they hadn’t repaired access opening last year when unit was replaced. Called it in and not only was our furnace serviced, but the guy came out to repair the access and arrived as the service tech was leaving. Now that’s what I call service.

Quick, knowledgeable, polite, efficient.

My thanks to Chance who runs this very fine plumbing firm who gave me complete direction on HOW to go about solving my plumbing issue today. He spent real time with me in helping me figure out how to proceed and gave me excellent resources. He's the KIND of service firm that is a cut above and I will be using him in the future, I am quite sure.

Friendly and Expert Work

I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years and have plenty of experience with contractors both good and bad. Plumbtech is among the best and provided excellent, comprehensive and quality service at a value price.

The work was substantial in that my house was incorrectly plumbed when it was built some 25 years ago. I will not go into the details to save space here but needless to say it was a job of several thousand dollars due to the extensive fixes needed to get everything up to code.

Plumbtech was attentive and provided a full set of options. The sale was straight forward and relaxed (unlike many other plumbing contractors I have experienced in the past). They explained the problems they found and gave me multiple options as to how to address them with advantages and disadvantages to each.

They started the work on time and finished it in the time frame promised. NO SURPRISES!

They tested and thoroughly and completely corrected any minor short comings that they found or that I pointed out before completing the job and paying the bill. It was one of my best experiences in Las Vegas with a contractor.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

Great professional and knowledgeable service

Had a water main leak, I attempted to fix it myself, and I still dripping. After much Hesitation I finally listen to my wife and called, Dan showed to my house and explain to me why it was tripping and why I needed a whole line replacement.
What he said made perfect sense to me. I told him to book it.
Justin came out and did an amazing job, the service is nothing but top notch.

I am editing my original review because it was not so good because of a bad experience, but after letting them know about the unresolved issues, StraightUp Plumbing made it right. Heres what happened: Mark did not address my original issue of a leaky toilet shut-off valve, but instead installed a new flush valve inside the toilet. He also changed out the cold water shower knob, and installed a new garbage disposal. When I viewed my email receipt I noticed I had been charged for the flush valve PLUS a flapper inside the toilet, and also for installing TWO knobs in the shower. I called and spoke to Chad, who immediately took the bull by the horns. He re-dispatched Daniel who installed the missing flapper AND fixed the leaking shut-off valve (which was the original problem). I really cannot say enough about Daniel; he is a very nice, professional and personable guy. Thank you Chad for taking care of this for me. As I promised, I am amending my original review, and if I ever need a plumber again I will request Daniel - only Daniel.
