I can not say enough good things about Nevada Plumbling authority. We had an outdoor leak, and Jason was able to send out Andrew the same day we called. They came on time, fixed our leak in less than 15 minutes. They are friendly, professional, and did not charge us for coming out. Incredible and honest service!

The service men, Chris Moore & Angel Ortiz, were professional, listened to my concerns, and were very helpful. They flushed all the drains and lines leading to the house, checked the hot water heater and cleaned the walk-in shower floor where the initial backup occurred - who does that! I was very pleased with their work and highly recommend their services.

Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

The technician they sent out was very courteous and the work was completed after about 6.5 hours. Work was great but it was a second effort as the first thing he tried was not the cause of the problem. He didn't charge me for the part but still charged for the labor.

Jason RULES! I had a toilet water line in wall erupt. AHS sent out a different plumber as the repair was not covered. They wanted $250.00. I called Jason. He came and did the repair for $150.00. I then wanted to purchase 3 high boy toilets. He purchased, delivered and installed them at a fair price. My son bought me a new kitchen faucet. Again I called Jason. He sent out another plumber at a fair price. Everyone is very respectful. Thank you.

Richard came to replace my water heater and even took the time to double check if it was still covered under warranty (it was not, but the fact that this was checked is huge) he let me know exactly what needed to be done. He completed the replacement quickly and it was done the right way.

PENTAGON PLUMBING is absolutely AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST!! Alfred, was/is so very nice and made QUICK work of installing our new soft water line AND new shut off valve at the house. We called on Thursday, they came out on THAT DAY and the work was COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS :) !!

This Driver with plates 238A11 does not know how to drive ! Tried to cut me off but when was unable to due to construction and almost rear-ended me ! On top of that he had the audacity to honk at me for not letting him cut me off when he was speeding! No big commercial vehicle should be driving that way especially when advertising the company. Wouldn't ever consider hiring these plumbers because of this incident.
