I used Nevada Plumbing Authority because they were referred to me and it's no wonder they were referred - the service was exceptional. Responsive, flexible, and not rushed to get the job done is how I would describe them. They take the time to exhaust all options and offered multiple fixes that range in cost depending on preference of ours, rather than focusing on how or where they can make money. There was also great follow up and it was really appreciated how much time was invested on solving the issues we had. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Goettl when my water heater started leaking on Thanksgiving day after only 6 years. I put in a call Friday morning and by the afternoon Goettl dispatched a team to my residence. The tech's, James and Tony were courteous, competent and professional. Not positive about their plumbing abilities but the driver with the ducky19 license plate has NO patience. We were out early looking for our missing dog and slowed down a smidge on horse road. We slowed down thinking They were trying to be nice and let us know something was wrong with our vehicle because he felt the need to honk; nope...just raced ahead of us to stop at the stop sign 500 ft ahead 🙄.

First time they had to reschedule. Then when they rescheduled they were a NO call NO show.
