I wouldn't recommend Precision Plumbing, I made an appointment with them to give an estimate on a plumbing repair, the day of the appointment the window of arrival came and went, never got a call or text of them running later or if they were even coming. I waited an hour after the window expired to call and let them know I would be contacting another company since they never called or showed, crystal asked for my info and then told me OK thank you, so obviously they have enough business. The irritating part is my time was wasted and have to call a reliable plumber to come out

This company is GREAT-GREAT-GREAT!!! We called them back to redo all the water pipes and replaced them with Flax. It took about 4 days. Tom was the guy who did the job, he is a super great plumber, honest, reliable, on time, and very, very, hard worker!!! Paul is one of the supervisors and he is incredibly nice and very professional. He gave us a great deal!! Daven (supervisor), is the one who discovered the damage and recommended we to re-do all the pipes. He's also very nice and extremely professional!!! We are going to use this company again in the future and absolutely recommend their service to everyone in Las Vegas!!! I would give them 100 stars if there was that option available. Do not use this awful, terribly run business. Reviews are out dated and this business has no respect for appointments they make. Cancelled last minute (within the last half hour of our 3 hour window) on an appointment that we made weeks in advance for when we were not working...they then have the nerve to offer to come the next day when we work, but get this... they offer to come between certain hours still, not at a specific time that works best for us. What a joke of business practices. Then they offered to come two weeks later, lol. Business' like this should not be able to be getting good reviews and be getting business from that. Terrible people, service and a complete lack of standards and business regard. Try anyone other than these arrogant jerks...Do yourself a favor and don't deal with their supposed fair prices. Would rather pay a little extra to deal with a decently run business.

The technician who got dispatched was professional, courteous, and from a trades perspective, he 'worked clean'. I honestly appreciated that keeping in mind that it was a residential job-space. I recommend what they do.

Terrible experience. I’m sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. Toilet was never fixed properly and this company lied, stole our money and did not warranty their work. Be very careful and proceed with caution with Raptor Plumbing

Phil was very professional and able to explain a lot to someone who is not as versed in the trade, made sure to take the time to locate the source of the problem and apply the proper fix, and also took the time to make sure it was fixed properly.
