Ty came earlier than expected to our appointment to fix my outside hose that managed to snap off due to my brute strength (jk, the house is very old). He was very polite and professional. He explained the different solutions and figured out the one that worked best for the house and my budget. I give this no stars... TOTAL RIPPED ME OFF... Gave me an estimate of 280 dollars and that he would put in the new Fawcett for free.. Providing I put in a new drain.. I asked him a few times what that meant.... WELL, WHAT IT MEANT THAT IF HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE 135 DOLLARS TO PUT IN THE NEW FAWCETT, HE WILL CHARGE ME 285 DOLLARS FOR A NEW DRAIN I DIDN'T EVEN NEED......... So the 280 dollars came out to 485 dollars........ I had a whole bunch of other things needed, but just kissed them off..... Then they call me the next day to check and service my furnace.. I asked them what are they talking about.. Said I paid for it.. I asked for the money back, they said no way... They just wanted to rip me off some more trying to tell me I needed work on my service...... Stay away from these creeps...

We hired TDS to clean our Sovent Drains in our condo high rises in Fort Myers, FL. They spent 3 months using the cyclonic method to clean 50 stacks. Jeff was wonderful. I was afraid I would need to replace my water heater right before Christmas but not the case. He repaired a minor problem. The entire job was $200 I was so concerned it would be very bad news. I will never call anyone else - they are the best!!

After two excessive water bills, and the conclusion that the repaired water leaks in my irrigation system could not possibly be the problem, I contacted Hips Plumbing, Inc. based on some online reviews.

I couldn't be more satisfied. First of all they understood the urgency of my problem because I had observed my water meter measuring multiple gallons water usage per minute with every system in my home off. In fact, I was so shocked that I turned the water off at my meter. Hips response was incredible and a service call was scheduled within hours.

However, my complete satisfaction didn't end there. Within hours Tyler and Cody arrived and began their efforts to solve my issue. If I said that I was impressed, that would be an understatement. Unknown to me, the shutoff valve on the waterline to my home was buried about a foot and a half bellow the surface as was my sewer cleanout line.

Tyler's experience was apparent, he instantly knew where to start digging and in short order he located one of the leaks and started to repair it since this repair was required to locate a suspected additional leak. The other leak was isolated when he and Cody also replaced the main shutoff valve for my irrigation system. Both jobs were completed that day even though they worked well into the evening. I can't say enough about Tyler, Cody and Hips. I would recommend their services to anyone, as I did to my neighbor who employed them the day after. If you desire professional and time service, I recommend Hips Plumbing, Inc.

Danny was Very polite, knowledgeable , explained and analyzed the problem to us. He fixed the faucet right away , then opened up the wall , where the drain leaked, took photos , told us in detail what needed to be done on his return trip. He will comeback with another helper yo install new trap and drain to finish the job. I felt relieved knowing that he will do a good job.

DO NOT USE. First of all Belinda in their scheduling department needs to have a come to Jesus moment if talking with people is the right job for her. You can barely understand her and her attitude is rude. They did work on my brand new home and the workmanship is so poor that I will be calling the contractor board .
