I called Precision Thursday for a free inspection. The operator was able to get me an appointment for late Friday afternoon to look at the leak on the ouside of my garage. Fernando P is the technician who came over. Fernando was very patient and professional. The privious company that I called wanted to sell me a new water heater. Fernando replaced two old broken copper pipes. I am a very satisfied customer.

These guys are great. They come out and really want to know what's going on. Their prices are really reasonable. I had initially made a huge error in calling The Sunny Plumber AKA Goettl Plumbing and they wanted to charge me $20,000.00 because they said that I needed walls torn out, etc. I then called In House for a second opinion and they came out and showed me that Sunny Plumber had turned down the water heater to warm. Once it was turned back up to the normal temperature we had no issues with it. I really appreciate In House for their honesty

At our home, unfortunately we had a major outdoor Main Line water leak. We were informed by our water company, that we were leaking hundreds of gallons a day from our main like break. It was incredibly stressful for our family as we rushed to try and contact plumbing companies for this major job. From the first scheduling over the phone (we were also informed we could schedule a No-Fee estimate appointment) -- to interacting with everyone from Impact Plumbing -- we were blown away by their professionalism and the time they took to explain everything to us. We felt their estimate for the job was among the absolute best prices, and we went with Impact Plumbing. Terrible experience. I’m sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. Toilet was never fixed properly and this company lied, stole our money and did not warranty their work. Be very careful and proceed with caution with Raptor Plumbing
