Buyer Beware!!!!! I just used these guys for a water softener install. I have no complaints about the quality of the work Rene did. My problem was with the shady business practices he displayed. He said that it was going to cost 800+ to install the unit because he needed some other piece or whatever. I said fine then I’ll just go with Home Depot cuz they said they could do it for 375. Then this dweeb from silver state plumbing said he had the parts on his vehicle and he could do it for 300! Lol I’m glad I knew about how much it was supposed to cost otherwise I would have been out 500$!!!! So for anyone wondering for a new home it should cost 3-400$ to install ur water softener. What a tool.

We hired TDS to clean our Sovent Drains in our condo high rises in Fort Myers, FL. They spent 3 months using the cyclonic method to clean 50 stacks. 702 Plumbing LLC installed a water treatment system at my house .The technician that was sent for the installation was Danny Valdivia.He did a fantastic job on the matter.I found a slight variance on the installation that put a very low pressure on the shower in one of my bathrooms.
I called the company about the situation and Danny came back the next day to fix the problem.He did another excellent repair on the problem.He is very knowledgeable,courteous and patient on the job.
I would recommend the company with 5 star rating to anyone that needs a plumber.

Ken, Gerado, and Jimmy went above and beyond to fix my house when every single pipe broke. Working 6 days a week to ensure I can get my house back. They were accommodating and just amazing human beings. Anytime I had a problem Ken was right there or was on the phone. His communication set a high bar that alot of my other companies can't reach. His problem solving was great and he cared. I had animals and they all took care of them and treated them amazingly. Gerado and Jimmy worked so incredibly hard and for long periods of time in the extreme heat with no complaints or anything. They cared about my house and treated it like it was there own. Always willing to help and answer questions I might have. They even came on weekends to save me when I was in my darkest time. Upstanding gentlemen were Gerado and Jimmy. I can not thank them enough. You must go with these guys. Ken is the supervisor and is so straight forward and willing to help anyone out. He will tell you exactly what he is thinking for the job and the price.
