They arrived promptly, completed the work, and performed an extensive inspection. The plumber was upfront and unclogged the toilet's very deep obstruction. I am quite pleased with the job! And the service was excellent.

I give this no stars... TOTAL RIPPED ME OFF... Gave me an estimate of 280 dollars and that he would put in the new Fawcett for free.. Providing I put in a new drain.. I asked him a few times what that meant.... WELL, WHAT IT MEANT THAT IF HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE 135 DOLLARS TO PUT IN THE NEW FAWCETT, HE WILL CHARGE ME 285 DOLLARS FOR A NEW DRAIN I DIDN'T EVEN NEED......... So the 280 dollars came out to 485 dollars........ I had a whole bunch of other things needed, but just kissed them off..... Then they call me the next day to check and service my furnace.. I asked them what are they talking about.. Said I paid for it.. I asked for the money back, they said no way... They just wanted to rip me off some more trying to tell me I needed work on my service...... Stay away from these creeps...

We had a pipe burst in the wall. I found resolution plumbing in a Safari search, and it had great reviews. I called, and at first was disappointed because they did not have anyone available until late afternoon (we had to turn the water off so we needed them asap). But they promised if something came open, they would be there asap. Within the hour, they called back and had someone on their way. Adrian was amazing!!! He assessed the damage, found the problem, and fixed it in a matter of less than two hours. He was professional and fast, and clearly knew what he was doing. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

You can bet they're as honest and professional as they come, which can be hard to find nowadays (specially when many others try to up-charge you depending on the part of town you're in). I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!
