CAME TO MY HOME TO INSPECT AND CLEAN SYSTEM. A FEW DAYS AFTER HE LEFT I NOTICED THAT THE AC COMPRESSOR WAS MAKING NOISE AND WHEN I LOOKED I SAW THE OBVIOUS THAT ANY INSPECTION WOULD HAVE PICKED UP: THE WIRES TO THE FAN HANGING LOW DUE TO SLEEVE ROTTING AND WERE BEING CLIPPED BY FAN BLADES.

PRIOR TO THIS HE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR AND GAVE ME A WARRANTY FOR LABOR. HE REFUSED TO LIVE UP TO HIS WARRANTY BECAUSE I DARED COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS INSPECTION.

LOW QUALITY WORK AND LOWER QUALITY ETHICS. RUN FROM THIS CLOWN.

Quick response and we’re able to send a technician to help right away. Michael F. was polite and observed CoVid 19 precautions at all times. Michael was punctual, honest and educational. He helped me save money by informing me that my Delta Faucets had a life time warranty for parts which saved me over $250 dollars. He advised I call delta first and order parts for a more affordable service. I was able to make a follow up appointment with Silver State Plumbing and request for the same technician. They were very quick to reschedule and make accommodations for me that fit my schedule (I work night shift). The technician also educated me on yearly maintenance that’s required for water heaters and what to do to flush out an anode rod! All my years of owning homes, not one plumber has ever told me about how to maintain a water heater and how to keep the your plumbing clear of calcium build up if you don’t have a water softener.
