Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

We decided to split up as a subcontractor team from differences we had a long time ago.
Despite that, I could never honestly say that I would trust any other plumbing service in this town, more than I trust Nevada Plumbing Authority; Despite that!

The plumber from this service was a true professional. They arrived on time and handled the plumbing issue with utmost precision.

I chose Techcool after refusing 4 other companies offered by my home warranty company to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my home. I made the right choice in waiting until I was offered Techcool. They sent out Fernando, an extremely competent and professional young man who was great to deal with as he repaired everything. He kept me updated on the status as things progressed, worked extremely hard on getting some parts and fixtures replaced, and when he left everything was working perfectly. Really disappointed in the service provided to me. My husband and I just moved to Vegas. Our kitchen sink & dishwasher in our new home weren’t working. Dave came and looked at our sink and stated that it was going to cost us $300 just to reinstall our existing system because “it wasn’t hooked up properly”. After he looked into it further and started taking it apart, he stated that everything was messed up; bolts missing, a pipe being too short to work, the garbage disposal not being puttied in, etc. he said it would cost upwards of $600!! We decided to hold off in order to have the landlord cover the cost & found our from the realtor that the only problem was human error because the sink is a touch sensor sink and the dishwasher just needed to have the detergent slot shut. NOTHING WAS EVEN BROKEN, EVERYTHING WORKS JUST PERFECTLY. NO LEAKS, NOTHING!! I feel so lucky that I didn’t go through with having Dave work on our kitchen because it was a total scam. & the worst part is, the entire time he was working he was talking about how most plumbing companies will scam you and are shady....when all along HE was the one trying to scam us! Certainly will not be calling this company from here on out!!

Didn't troubleshoot a shorted heater relay in a temperature chamber while the temperature was rising. The technician was overwhelmed and said he didn't want to work on it. His diagnosis was the refrigeration system was blocked.

I emailed owner and he calls me. Instead of working things out, he gets rude, wouldn't let me talk. Told me the system had more problems than a relay. Good luck with your business treating a customers like that.

This company is WAYYYYYYYY over priced. I only use this company because the home warranty company would not let me use a different company. They over charge for everything. I got an estimate from an other company and this are the prices they give me vs 5 star home services

Stay away from this company at all cost or it would cost you more $$$
