I had a major flood from an overflowing septic pump in the basement of my house. It filled my movie theater room with you know what. I tried my usual plumber, and he said he did not know how to handle it. So I contacted Eternal late that evening and they sent Jason the next day. He was able to stop the mess from getting any worse and had a new pump the next day and put it in. He was good to work with, quick to get down to work, and got the job done when I needed it. I have used him on two other jobs since then. Needless to say, I am very happy with his work.

We are giving this company one star because we strongly believe that their services are not only overprice but their plumber Mr. P. is also dishonest. We have five faucets to change at our home. We have all the materials ready and only require labor. Mr. P gave us a quote of $1325, which is close to $300 per faucet. We thought it was a bit high. Later, we asked another plumbing company for the same service and they quoted us $275. We went with the latter. We do not trust Precision Plumbing and would suggest others to do a price comparison before hiring them.

Joe came out within an hour of call Got it off added pipe out from house and added heavy duty spicket. He did a great job, so professional and nice.I got them from the internet search. They were family owned and here in Vegas for many years, so that sold me.I told her to call them after not being able to get anyone from several calls to other companies The leak was small but concerned it would get worse.I will use them going forward and will spread the word as will my sister.
