This company is great! Got a call from our nephew on Sunday that there was a leak in our water heater and water was running down the drive way. We live out of state so trying to find someone to go to the house on a Sunday is difficult enough, most companies even though they say they are 24/7, didnt want to come out. This company showed up and saved the day. They handled everything over the phone with us, did the repairs timely and connected us with a company to help with the water damage. They are honest and priced fairly, and so helpful with us being long distance. I would definitely use them again!

Called Techcool for a kitchen sink issue. Received a response very quickly and set an appointment for the following day. My tech Javiar showed up within the first hour. Very polite and even put booties on his feet before coming into my home. Quickly found the problem and took care of it. Even put my planter and flower pots back in place!! Had a handyman who told us he was sure he could install an under mount sink. The sink that was being removed was a drop in. He had to cut the granite. Well, the granite cutting went horribly. He had the sink held up with 2x4's, reversed the hot and cold water and broke out instant hot water dispenser. We fired the handyman because we hadn't seen him in 5 days and the 2x4's were too bizarre. Eternal Plumbing and specifically Mike Beebe came to the rescue. Called them on a Thursday night and Mike was at our home on Saturday. He recommended that we get another new sink. (We did.) He came back to install it and discovered that the hot water dispenser had been broken as had the soap dispenser. The price for removing the 2x4 sink , cleaning up the area where the sink had been installed and then installing the new sink was very reasonable. As soon as the instant hot water dispenser and soap dispenser arrive, he will be back to install them. I'm putting Eternal Plumbing on speed dial!! and will always ask for Mike Beebe.

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

So relieved we found Valleywide to detect and fix our pool leak! We knew we had leak for a few months now but had a hard time determining where it was coming from - it progressively got worse the last couple weeks- losing about an inch of water a day. Plaster and equipment is all fairly new - about a year old but the pool itself is about 30 years old. Our pool guy wasn't able to determine where the leak was coming from so I contacted another pool leak detection I found on google with a lot more reviews.. he came out and spent about 30 minutes fiddling around before telling me he had to leave and gave no indication where leak might be. So I gave Valleywide a call - they set up a time to come find the leak. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They found the leak in about 30-40 min. They were able to schedule a time to fix the leak as well later in the week but did not pressure me at all to schedule it with them. A pipe had cracked right where they detected. The job took a few hours and we are not losing any water now. With all the flaky people out there don't waste your time - use Valleywide for your pool leak detection!
