Best Commercial Work in Las Vegas NV

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

I called Jason in a panic as our water main was leaking thousands of gallons of water for quite awhile and we did not know. He immediately sent Andrew to assess and confirmed it was. They came out on Memorial Day and worked from 7am til 6pm tirelessly to get it all dug and fixed in one day. Herculean effort! They dug 45 feet in length. They are so passionate about what they do and so compassionate too! They did an excellent and thorough job explaining and advising every step of the way. They are the nicest people with very fair and competitive prices and superior quality customer service. Their professionalism and attention to detail and follow through did not go unnoticed. We will only be working with them going forward for all plumbing needs. So very knowledgeable and gracious. I would give them 20 stars not 5 and a big hug for being so wonderful to us!!

Our whole home water filter sprung a leak and we needed someone right away to come fix it. Kim was super professional and sent Tony out to take a look. I was advised of my options, made aware of alternative systems, and we agreed on a course of action. I was quoted a price fair enough that I didn't even think of negotiating, and Tony was on it right away. Professional, dressed well, prompt, proper repair and I have no worries anymore about my garage flooding. Start to finish, perfection. Thank you all. I found these guys on a cold call just for an estimate because my case was a semi emergency to most people. They came on a Sunday and in a timely manner which is rare in itself, but the technician, who introduced himself as Brian, very professional in his assessment and the price I felt was affordable but I needed a confirmation from my Realty Company, again on a Sunday and tomorrow being a holiday! I regretfully did not get a go ahead on the project but I must admit I was still enamored by the company and their representative! If I owned this home, I would have chosen them to do the work, but I thought this is the least I can do to show the appreciation of an exceptional company! I wish more people were as professional as Brian and LV Restorations! Two thumbs up 👍👍

These guys are great! My kitchen sink collapsed from under the kitchen countertop because the builder failed to install a required bracket. I gave Capital a call and they were out the same day to fix it. Dave and Dan, 2 brothers that know what they're doing. The price is fair and I trust their work. Highly recommended!

Angel (the owner) is a true angel to us. He has been the best for all that he's done in our home. He' s like a family member..even our little dog loves him. Which says a lot, she's very picky about people. Thanks Angel.

Spoke at 430 pm with a priority service its now 8:10 pm haven't arrived. I called to get status they won't arrive until 9pm and get this, they will only shut water off and might get to me Monday but probably Tuesday per the rep who answered the phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Updated. Day#2 tech arrives after waiting over 3 hours today. MONDAY. He spends 5 mins at my place and says he needs to call for approval and left. I am on hold with my home warranty company and the recording states, all covered services are approved they should not call for approval. It's been 1 hour since he left my home and we still don't have an approval. The young lady that answered the phone said they have to follow their procedures. Waste of time!

Very professional by wearing his mask and putting on cloth boot covers when going on carpet without even asking. I’ve had other plumbers come in with their dirty boots with no concern of my carpet. Not just a professional but an expert in his craft.

I usually dread calling the plumber - have been overcharged the “nice Summerlin house” upcharge estimate before.
Was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their services are - and they take the time to explain what is needed and make recommendations that make sense. Chance and CJ are the nicest most personable and expert plumbers I’ve ever met!

Ed & Brandon came out because my hot water heater was leaking from the bottom. After a few modifications on my new water heater it was up & working. These guys do excellent work. I would recommend Ace to family & friends.

I was given a free estimate with super-fast service for my 2 bathroom sinks which needed replacing. They found beautiful new sinks that went well with my faucets, which they said were still in very good condition and did not need to be replaced. Great customer service, professional and courteous, they cleaned up afterwards, and charged a fair price. I will definitely call Plumbtech again for any other plumbing services I need. Highly recommend!
