Needed a new water heater. Called Mastermind Mechanical. They came to install the next day. Haik was professional, and on time. He called to inform us he was on his way to the house. The water heater is a Rheem so it is a good quality. His estimate was very reasonable and Mastermind Mechanical had the best warranty out of the other estimates we received. I will refer Mastermind to my neighbor and friends.

BEWARE!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Nothing at that address and Zach on the phone was beyond rude and told me I didn't care about my loved one because I didn't trust what he was saying as I was bawling my eyes out! Not to mention he told me out of state was my only option and that 100% the opposite of what my insurance said!!

Was dealing with a horrible plumbing company that didn’t communicate with me what was going on. So my friend Kenny (comment below) recommended this company. I emailed them with the part that I needed and if they had it. Sure enough they responded right away saying that they did have it and could be here the next day. I had a problem with my toilet in master bathroom; Angel returned my call the same day and came to assess the situation (2 days later..my earliest availability). He knew what was wrong and went to get the replacement part. Lowe's nor Home Depot had the part I needed; but Angel had found out Amazon sold the part. I ordered it and 2 days later, even with two other jobs pending, Angel arrived early and replaced the part. He is so personable and professional-knows what he's doing and took a look at a few other things for me. Angel is an ANGEL!!! Will always reach out to In Home Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Great experience! When my house initially was flooding and the burst pipe was discovered by the restoration / mold clean-up crew I immediately needed a plumber. I had been in contact w/ Joe (the owner) prior to the pipe leak discovery so I had his number. When I needed him over immediately, around 6:30pm, he helped me right away, stayed late, and offered suggestions on ways to move forward. It was a stressful time and he was there. Really attests to his character.

Then I had Impact Plumbing repipe my house, install a new water heater, and a water softening system. Their communication is excellent w/ Taylor and the team is always on time. I really enjoyed their employee Gerson. He was personable and I even trusted him in my house w/ my dogs when I had to step out for work. Then after the work was done I had some minor adjustments requested that I hadn't realized. Taylor was great in helping me change a few valves and work out the water pressure to the fridge.

Customer service was great, the owner is a good guy that helps out when needed, and their installers are trustworthy. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent Kurt arrived on time and repaired the pipe in much least that was expected and the total price was even lower than the original estimate. I would definitely use Kurt for all my future plumbing work.
