Precision Plumbing is one of the worst companies ever. We had a plumbing problem about 2 years ago. The technician that came out didn’t finish the job. Said he would be back. Set up one appointment, and he didn’t show (said he got into an accident) set up a second appointment which he blew off completely. Canceled the charges on my card and called out another company that did the work.At the time I called the Manager of Precision Plumbing and explained, he apologized and said he would take the charges off.Now here is the best part. 2 years later we get a demand letter saying Precision Plumbing is going to put a lien on the house. I have to get the company who fixed the problem to look through the back invoices…Talked to the supervisor who said this whole problem was my fault because when the original technician was out and gave me his number I should have called the corporate offices when he failed to show up (as his employees and technicians are not representatives of the company).Precision Plumbing is a really bad business. Do not have them do any work for you.

Curtis first had to determine the proper tool to remove the faucet stem to get it out of the wall, second had to verify with Newport Brass the correct part number, third had to work with various suppliers to get the correct part in a timely manner. Then install the new faucet stem and check for leaks. Curtis is very professional, knows his trade and works to make sure his customers job is done correctly, and they are satisfied with the job.

Haik from Mastermind Mechanical came and troubleshooted an AC problem I had. He is very knowledgable on all kinds of AC units. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. I recommend Mastermind Mechanical.

Very satisfied and extremely happy with the services provided. The price quoted over the phone was the exact price paid. I was pretty sure that some major work would have to be done to fix our shower head problem, but Gerson (plumber) was able to analyze the problem and fix it without having to perform any shower wall cutting or other major work. I was pretty amazed. Gerson was very polite, worked quickly, and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was finished. We definitely call Impact Plumbing for any future projects. Thanks!

We had two toliets that were running the plumber who came out went out of his way to address these issues. He keep my wife informed of the progress and showed her what the problem way. He was very professional and did a great job.

Needed a plumber asap to fix leaky water heater. Emergency Plumber Las Vegas connected me with a 24 hour plumber who came out quickly and was able to identify the issue. Professional service, would use again.

So the service was greatcame fast and fixed the problem but when they left my toilet was leaking a little bit and somehow there was water coming out of the kitchen I fixed it by tightening the toilet connector they tell me it's normal and should stop in 30 mins which I thought was kinda normal since all the water so the guy who came out was awesome he was great nice guy great hard worker then I call and ask the service manager delinda if they would be able to help if something were to happen if it was due to the plumbing job she just kinda laughed at me and started getting angry and was trying to throw blame at me trying to make it my fault I was just asking of it was something on their end then would they be able to clear it up she didn't care she was just trying to make it my fault. When I called the first time she also laughed at my plying problems because I asked for a quote which I thought was very rude like I have enough problems already I'm trying to do business I just wanna know what it's gonna cost me. Well the service was good but they need to hire someone to take calls because she was way too unpleasant 5 stars on the service but 1 on the way they're handling there business.

Not positive about their plumbing abilities but the driver with the ducky19 license plate has NO patience. We were out early looking for our missing dog and slowed down a smidge on horse road. We slowed down thinking They were trying to be nice and let us know something was wrong with our vehicle because he felt the need to honk; nope...just raced ahead of us to stop at the stop sign 500 ft ahead 🙄.
