These guys are great! My kitchen sink collapsed from under the kitchen countertop because the builder failed to install a required bracket. The specialist not only diagnosed the problem with my toilet (root blockage), which I honestly found hard to believe, but gave me a reasonable estimate on the repair. My toilet continued to plug up so easily that I called him back to complete the repair. Upon removing the toilet, I was shocked to see that he was exactly correct and there was about 18” of roots almost the entire circumference of the sewer pipe. I am amazed anything actually flushed. He completed the repair, reinstalled the toilet, and charged me LESS than the initial quote. I could not be happier with the company or their specialist! !!

My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.

They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.

I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!
