We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

They were extremely knowledgeable and made themselves more than available for calls and questions not only from me, but also from my husband and mother in law. They even set everything up for all of the 3rd party companies needed for the task! Amazing job!

When other plumbers quoted the replacement of our ENTIRE sewer line, we started saving up. Then we had a heck of a time finding ANY plumber willing to even come look at the problem. On short, Precision came out ON TIME, assessed our sewer issue, and said that in their professional opinion we didn't need the whole line replaced. They strongly felt that two smaller repairs and a good hydro jetting would solve our problems. They made both repairs without even entering my house (the other guys wanted to destroy the floors in roughly 70% of my house), got the repairs done in a single day (instead of 2-3 weeks), and they even managed to preserve the complicated aspects of my landscaping (existing trees and laid pavers). I quite simply love this company, and Sean and Frank are treasures to work with!

After getting the run around and enormous quotes from 2 other recommended plumbers we called LV Restoration. Brian was prompt. His explanations on scope of work were understandable and the price was very fair. While we were still waiting to hear back from the previous 2 plumbers to schedule work, Brian was in and out and the job completed and not a moment too soon. We will only use LV Restoration going forward.

Our shower valve broke and saw they had great reviews so I called them. The CS rep on the phone was so professional and courteous. They were at my house within an hour. Jared & Tyler did such an amazing job!! Were able to fix it and saved me almost $1,000. VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, AND Explained everything they were doing. The 1st day Danny arrived and researched our problem. He is a true professional. The next day Jerry and Steve arrived and were also a God send. Our issue could have been very dire. It has been 2 weeks since I first contacted them. One week ago they sent someone out to look and give me an estimate. He said I would get the estimate a day later. A week later still no estimate. I call them again and they tell me that the quote is not ready but they would work on it. I call them today after not receiving anything and they say they just dont have the manpower now to get to help me. I had told them that I was selling the house and was in a rush. I dont ever write bad reviews but they cost me 2 weeks.
