Micheal showed up right on time and did exactly what he said he needed to do do fix the water heater for the price he quoted. He was very professional and I was very happy with the result. Great service and a fair price and great work. I will use them for again and tell all my friend about this company.

The technician was friendly and in time. He did a great job checking and going through everything. We felt confident with his assessment.

First of all they charge you a starting fee. Because of that you would expect their prices for parts to be, well, maybe not reasonable but at least not astronomical. But they do not just double the price, they add a zero also. They charged me $260 for a capacitor that costs $10. I actually bought the same capacitor for $10 incl shipping as a reminder to myself not to hire Alaskan again. Then they wanted about $800 to fix an air clogged water heater line, venting it is less than 10 minutes or labor. I will fix it myself instead, not because I enjoy having to be self sufficient, but because of the way the Las Vegas market currently is, you have to.

Love these guys. I could say a lot about this company but to sum up in one word, they are ‘honest’. Robert, Kenneth, Rachel and Megan were professional, competent, and friendly. Thank you, the experience was a breeze.

Kristofer was great. Very professional, polite, and a wealth of plumbing knowledge. I am so glad he did. He discovered it was way high and that our current pressure regulator valve was not working.In fact it hadn’t worked since we moved in. He gave me a quote on the spot and gave me time to think it over after he left.We made the decision to get the pressure regulator replaced. Kris came right back, same day, and performed the work.We had been living with water pressure issues for 6yrs + and Kris’s professional assessment and work FIXED the pressure issue.
