I had a shower cartridge that needed replacing. I had called several other plumbers, but because the hole in the shower wall was too small, others said they would need me to call a tile guy to open up the wall further to be able to do anything. Then I called Frontier Plumbing and they said they could try removing the shower cartridge without doing any of that, and they did just that! They went further to shop around for a new shower cartridge for me, since the replacement cartridge I already bought was incorrect. Saved me a ton of money and time on what could have been an expensive fix, and kept the price at an affordable rate. On top of that, they reinstalled the shower handle and caulked it, free of charge. Will definitely refer back to them for any of my future plumbing needs!

Larry was super helpful and I texted him for 3 days trying to fix a problem myself.....in the end Danny came to fix my shower leak. Totally professional, on time and he left after completely cleaning and caulking what he had removed off my shower.

He was very thorough and professional with how he handled everything from the time I answered the door to the time he got my plumbing fixed. I called Outwest Services because Louis Edwards said his company where great plumbers. So I called him to come check out my fathers house because I noticed his house had water damage. I wanted to see if we had a leak. So my journey with Outwest Services began when I called them on a Monday. After talking to him I was informed that he would be able to come check it out till Wednesday. Once he got there and had a chance to check it out, he informed me that we had no leaks, but that we had a really bad mold problem. He said that they where also a mold remediation company and that they would be able to help, and that they would send me a quote as soon as they could. I waited a day nothing.... I waited another day.... nothing.... now its Friday, so I say ok I’ll wait till Monday. Monday comes around and yet again no call. So I called another plumber and he showed up the same day and rechecked his work and he charged me $0 to come out and check the same thing Louis checked out. The real plumber recommended me to a real mold remediation company and they came out the same day and gave me a quote in 12hrs. So after everything, I called Louis and told him that I had hired a different company and to forget about the quote. After this, he informed me that his charges would be 150.00. I should have just called a real plumber and a real mold remediation company; I would have not waisted a week an a half waiting just to get charged 150.00. Just to add to this, I think he should have told me ahead of time what he charges before hand.

I received an estimate to detect and fix a foundation leak, for almost $3000. Most fortunately I found the phone number for ACTION PLUMBING. Kevin took much more time to examine and explain the problem and the solution. He quoted me a little more than half the previous estimate. Magical MARIO appeared exactly on time. He explained why and what he was going to do and proceeded with his magic. He came back the next morning to correct something a previous plumber had done. As long as I live in Vegas, ACTION is my plumber.

Same day service. Diagnosed what the problem is and fixed it right the first time. They didn’t price gouge. Cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely call them the next time I need any plumbing work done.

We had a water softener installed at our house. Shawn is very efficient with the install. He is also thorough in explaining how the system works. Showed up on time (1st hour of the 4 hour window).

Lissette and Antonio were very professional, friendly and commutative with what needed to be done and why. I called at 830am, he arrived before 9am and was replacing the water heater in no time. Thank you!

PENTAGON PLUMBING is absolutely AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST!! Alfred, was/is so very nice and made QUICK work of installing our new soft water line AND new shut off valve at the house. We called on Thursday, they came out on THAT DAY and the work was COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS :) !!
