We have been a customer of Eternal Plumbing for a few years now. We have always been satisfied with their very capable and courteous service, but our latest experience with Eternal Plumbing deserves special recognition.

Eternal Plumbing dispatched a Plumber to our home within an hour of notifying them that we smelled natural gas in an outdoor area near our pool equipment. The Plumber, Mike R, quickly diagnosed the problem and shut off the gas to our outdoor appliances and equipment. The repairs required trenching and tunneling beneath concrete…… and a solution that required ingenuity, creativity, plumbing expertise and a great deal of tenacity on the part of Mike R.

The repairs were completed expertly, and in a timely fashion. Plus, the cost of the parts and service was very reasonable. Thank you Eternal Plumbing……and Mike R. You deserve Ten Stars!

I’ve owned my home for 4 years in the past I used different companies to perform maintenance on my unit. Until I found ( Best air C/P ) Eric came out and did an excellent job, he showed me pictures and gave me a full spectrum of this wrong with my unit. Something companies in the past fail to do.

I wish I could take away the star I needed to write this review. My landlord sent ACE to install a new air conditioner on Monday. I received a call at work and they informed me they realized they didn’t have the part and asked if I would be ok with no ac over night until they could get the part. I told them no I have 4 kids so they offered a portable unit if I allowed them to start the process removing my ac so I agreed. TUESDAY morning my kids call me while I’m working complaining ACE technicians came Back out and removed the portable ac but did not install the new UNIT. It’s now Friday night... and guess what I still have no ac because the technicians came and started the process .. promised they would finish... and as soon as I left to get my kids food (it’s too hot to cook) they left... they left trash all over my floor... there is wires hanging everywhere... and now because my condo has been without air all week the refrigerator is no longer working properly and all food in the freezer is melting. I called the office to complain and again they are telling me it will be done tomorrow.... SAVE YOUR TIME DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I will be reaching out to a lawyer and complaining with any and every state and city officials office I can find.

Very fast response time. A/C went out overnight and called first thing in the morning. Technician dispatched shortly after. New parts replaced. TL was very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Sanderson Plumbing was referred to us by a friend who had used them. I found them very responsive, on time, professional, and reasonable. The work was done quickly and the installer made sure that we were happy with the work. Owner made a follow-up to also make sure we were happy with the work.

I called Outwest Services because Louis Edwards said his company where great plumbers. So I called him to come check out my fathers house because I noticed his house had water damage. I wanted to see if we had a leak. So my journey with Outwest Services began when I called them on a Monday. After talking to him I was informed that he would be able to come check it out till Wednesday. Once he got there and had a chance to check it out, he informed me that we had no leaks, but that we had a really bad mold problem. He said that they where also a mold remediation company and that they would be able to help, and that they would send me a quote as soon as they could. I waited a day nothing.... I waited another day.... nothing.... now its Friday, so I say ok I’ll wait till Monday. Monday comes around and yet again no call. So I called another plumber and he showed up the same day and rechecked his work and he charged me $0 to come out and check the same thing Louis checked out. The real plumber recommended me to a real mold remediation company and they came out the same day and gave me a quote in 12hrs. So after everything, I called Louis and told him that I had hired a different company and to forget about the quote. After this, he informed me that his charges would be 150.00. I should have just called a real plumber and a real mold remediation company; I would have not waisted a week an a half waiting just to get charged 150.00. Just to add to this, I think he should have told me ahead of time what he charges before hand.

Awesome! Had my home re- piped after a leak under the foundation. Everyone on the crew was great, but a special shout out to Mario who ran the water lines in the attic when it was 115 degrees outside.

Same day service. Diagnosed what the problem is and fixed it right the first time. They didn’t price gouge. Cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely call them the next time I need any plumbing work done.

Dignity Plumbing was super-fast, very responsive, highly professional, and supremely competent. They were on site in less than 24 hours, and they fixed multiple plumbing issues in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them.

They are Thief and liars and people who steal things the owner even steals from his own employees this coming from an ex-employee he stole all my work tools that shows you are kind of company this is

I thought I could watch YouTube and repair leak. Much to my dismay I made it worse and the house was getting flooded. Anthony rushed over from another job and saved the day. I have recommended him to others and they have had great experiences as well. Great company and good people.
