Mario was so responsive and so easy to work with when scheduling appointments for our tenants. He was super easy to work with too. I only used them three times in a day, so I am not too sure how the rest of team is, however I am please thus this far! Would definitely use them again. Oh and they even call you to let you know the estimate has been emailed. I appreciate that, especially on a weekend when I am out and about enjoying my personal time. I love that!

Dignity was prompt. Came out the same day that I called. They replaced the pipe running from meter to house in a timely manner. It passed inspection, the trench was filled in & landscape replaced to the point I couldn't even tell there had been a trench dug through the yard. Good job..

Well, I thought that they were responsive when I sent them an email describing what I wanted done and wanting to set up a day/time for an estimate on the work. They texted quickly with my husband a couple of times, we set up a time for today at noon and they never showed up or called. Waste of time as we had another plumber we could have gotten out to give us an estimate and we didn't because we were expecting this company.

Very expensive ($395.00) just to replace One Valve that took (5) minutes. I have other repair work but definitely will not use this company again. I don't think they give a fair price for job they do. Big mistake on my part.
