Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

They answered quick, had a technician out same day, tech was super nice and respectful of the house. Knocked out the toilet reseat and seal replacement in 45 minutes (even cleaned the floors from the leak) and sat and talked with me for half an hour about the plumbing of the house and water softener pros and cons. As someone that needs things explained to them Nick was very helpful and kind. 10/10 great service would use them again

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

1st quote over 10gs needed all new pipe due to age of cast iron. 2nd could save me money replacing all was not necessary, showed me a monitor pointed out things too blurry to see going to cost that little over 9gs. In my head I'm freaking out ! Just refinanced home then broke my leg less than 2 weeks later when I was run over by a golf cart driven by my boss. No way I could sue and plus we were both drinking. Point is I don't have that kind of money right now so I had no choice but to get a third estimate, which Ive never done before and glad I did. Eric came out that evening ran his camera in there and showed me, which I could actually see the problem, tree roots were growing through about 3ft section needed replaced. Gave me a number to call and mention his name, fixed the next day, 350 plus I bought the guy lunch. Can't say thanks enough Eric next time you're going to be in the area gimme a heads-up and I'll fire up the grill

We found out today that we needed to replace our entire AC unit inside and out. As you can imagine this is not a cheap expense. But, Stan explained every detail, answered our many questions, and even was able to get us a discount to help ease the blow. We are very happy with Simply AC Heating and Plumbing. Had misfortune of using this vile company to repair a leak in my home. They arrived 2 hours after the estimated time and seemed to be lolligagging after 45 minutes. They asked to take a break. I went outside to
grab something from my car and it looked like they were doing hard core drugs (meth), While literally sitting in front of my home. My kids were home, so I immediately ended the appointment. They were rude and abusive I’m certain I heard one of the men use the n word. And my bathroom is still leaking, and they had the nerve to ask for payment. Never again!
