Best Residential Water Leak Detection in Las Vegas NV

We had three new faucets installed our kitchen and the work was done perfectly to our satisfaction. Both our technicians were efficient and considerate.

My sink exploded late on a Saturday night and they helped me find the water shut off valve over the phone and FaceTime. Thank you very much for the help and I will be calling you for any future plumbing needs!

Did show up just not to perform anything, did not even let me know and they did not even let me know how did appointment go, and they sent me a message pretending to be done and requesting 375 dollars a ridiculous joke now I have to find someone else to cover this emergency don’t loose you time their reviews are fake for sure

I own a rental property in Downtown Las Vegas and I got a call from my guests staying at my property informing me of a plumbing leak in the garage. I needed plumbing repairs as fast as possible before any further water damage occurred. Apparently the water heater pipe had bursted and overflowed, flooding the concrete floor .This plumber did a live video call with me and explained everything in detail with the exact cost and was straight forward. They said they could fix the problem right then and address the water damage on the floor. Everything was resolved over the phone. I am so pleased with their service and will use them for my other properties in the area and recommend them to other property owners for sure!

I had a nightmare of an experience with a local plumbing company here in Las Vegas. After much frustration and being fed up for an entire weekend I decided to give Catania & Son a call. I knew Wayne from his previous work at my condo and he showed up on time to install a new dishwasher. After the dishwasher install Wayne went right to work to take care of the debacle under the kitchen sink that the previous installer poorly put in.

Here is a list of everything Wayne had to fix from the previous company:

1.) Strainer was bad on the right side of the sink.
2.) No caulking around garbage disposal and sink strainers.
3.) P-trap arm was too short and this caused leaks because they forced it over to tighten the nut. This led to a strain on the pipes which caused a small leak that would have gotten worse.
4.) Used silicone around sink which looked awful…. Should have used white caulking.
5.) Lastly, a dishwasher install is a plumber’s install (a dishwasher like a water heater is a plumbing fixture). ***I was told by the previous plumbing company that they do not install dishwashers***

I am happy to say Wayne got everything fixed for a very good price. Garbage disposal runs like a champ, caulking looks dynamite, the pipes underneath look like a million bucks, and lastly, no leaks anywhere!

After some trouble with scheduling and location, Jerry came up and helped us out in understanding our property and the situation we're facing. Whoever designed our home was an idiot, but Jerry helped in showing us what we're dealing with, offered some solutions to the problem that we can happily do ourselves, and taught me more than I was expecting. I'm a Realtor in Las Vegas and I learned things that I am thankful to now know to make me better at my job. Also, this is a family run business as is mine, so I can relate to the mindset of a parent leaving a business for his son to take over and run in the same fashion, built on old-fashioned business ethics.

Richard was professional through and through. Arrived on time, located the leak, explained in detail what was required, and executed flawlessly. He then checked a few things that may be failure points in the future. He left his work space immaculate and I am very happy with my experience.

Can't say enough about how much this company took care of me. We purchased a new home and they sent their team in to literally go through the home top to bottom. Most companies would price gouge, or charge excessive fees, honestly, I underpaid for the quality of work that was done. So glad I found J&J Plumbing here in Vegas.

My shower drain was backed up, and I tried drano and my own snake. Called Dave and he came by within a hour and cleared it in 15 mins. Thanks again

They showed up as requested their availability was great...but thats where great ends for me. The technician checks out the furnace and the bad news begins...the parts are going to be at least two grand and your furnace is so old dont know when they will be available...but we can be here tomorrow to install a brand new furnace with their generous discount and a five hundred dollar coupon it will be just $5600.00 which should have been a huge red flag. Anyway in the meantime a friend stopped by told him the situation he also took a look had the parts here in two hours and the furnace running in 3...for $460...So I can't with a clear conscious recommend this place to anyone.

I have used this company on three separate occasions. They are amazing and so efficient. All three occasions they came the same day which is so important when you have plumbing issues. Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
