I had a service contract with this company for many years. During a routine heating inspection the service Tech Brent came to my home to inspect the heating and AC air handler.Brent discovered that my Static Pressure in my unit exceeded .5 the manufacturers recommended tolerance of static pressure. My pressure was in excess of 1.0. He immediately inspected my ductwork and determine that substantial blockages existed and that the duct blockage was causing this issue that was going to completely destroy my heating system.Wow! What news! Other than my filter intake being a bit loud when it ran, the heating and AC seemed to be cooling and heating just fine.Brent had a fix! I needed $8,900 worth of new ductwork and new intake box! In addition, I should consider an additional $1,900 worth of insulation in the attic. $10,800 worth of immediate repairs that need to be done ASAP to avoid $10,000 to $20,000 worth of damage!So I called 3 other major valley HVAC system plumbing and heating companies and not a single one found my Static Pressure to exceed .5 or found any defect in my ductwork. Not a single major company backed up his findings.My HVAC system was just fine and operating normally. I know this because my HVAC system was inspected 4 times in 24 hours and only YES thought I needed $10,800 worth of repairs. The other 3 said: Call us if you have a problem, we will be happy to help.Sandra in customer service was nice. She returned my Service Fee I paid for Brent to stop by.

This company has excellent customer service. Each and every person I’ve spoken to has been knowledgeable and professional, definitely a cut above many other service companies I’ve experienced in the past. AJ and Nester were the professionals sent to work on an extensive job to fix a leak in the water main of my house. They worked efficiently and effectively to fix the problem. They were very personable and took the extra time to thoroughly explain what I was to expect. When they were finished they left my home in excellent shape cleaning up any areas that were disturbed during the work. I wouldn’t have even known they’d been inside my home. I’d recommend this company to anyone needing such services. Five Stars!

Rudy was back to change out the tank and all filters. He was great! He even went to lowes to pick up a part that the manufacturer did not include! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the RO system under my sink. We will definitely stay with Max Plumbing for all our plumbing needs!

I had a sudden issue with my water heater yesterday. I googled local repair services in my area and sent a quote out to 3 companies around 2PM. MG Drain Cleaners responded basically immediately and asked what issues I was having. I explained and Miguel told me he could come look at the problem by 5PM the same day! He came by at 4PM, so least than 2 hours after I contacted him. (Other companies told me I would need to wait until the 27th to have them come out.)
He quickly identified the problem, got the necessary parts to fix the issue, and went to work. He worked very quickly and efficiently! The issue was resolved in less than 2 hours, I believe. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the issues to me, what had to be done, and gave my husband I an estimate to approve before getting to work.
The pricing was beyond reasonable, especially considering how fast he repaired the water heater.
He showed me after fixing the water heater and gave a few tips on how to handle it in the future, if any other issues were to arise.
Perfect service, great price, and very fast resolution!
