Called Andrews Plumbing to come out and take a look at a re-piping job I needed done on my home.I had gotten two estimates from popular plumbing companies in town but felt they were just way to high. Paul came out spent at least an hour looking everything over, gave me a price $800.00 less than the others and told me he could have it finished in 3 to 4 days depending on any unforeseen obstructions.Paul showed up the next day and the job was completed very professionally in exactly 4 days. BE AWARE! DONT FALL FOR Appearance of professionalism!almost $4500!!!!! for a regular water heater replacement!!Few weeks ago, my water heater needed replacement so I called Goettl. Now, I do blame myself for not knowing much about price ranges and what they entail so when they gave me the price , I accepted it eventhough it did feel like a bit expensive (they were actually kind enough to give me some discount! - but again, sadly I didnt know what I was doing.Fast-forward few days and I am casually mentioning to my friends how I had to change my water heater for $4500 - they were all shocked!! (in fact they started laughing and I dont blame them). In case, you are also uninformed like me: changing a water heater should run something around $2000 with material and labor (some actually say cheaper than that!) Just do your own research online or ask your friends who have had it done . Needless to say I mostly blame myself for being ignorant however I never thought I'd be taken advantage of like this!Needless to say, Ill make sure my friends and family are aware of what happened. Ill be sure to file complaints with the right agencies - To me this feels like price gouging!

Doug and his team we able to inspect a potential leak that we discovered in our condo. They were able to do the initial estimate and repair work on back to back days and the work was done beautifully and quickly! He and his team were all very knowledgeable and helped us understand our options, as well as recommend a plaster repair company for additional work we are considering. I will be happy to recommend them to friends and future clients!

Boss plumbing (Benny and Jeremy) just finished fixing the toilet flanges in both my bathrooms. The work was excellent but the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Boss sends you a link to track the plumber when they are on the way and the office was quick to reply to my questions.
