We found focus plumbing from a clever advertising method. Halloween nigh, at one of the houses we stopped at, a gentlemen said for the ladies and handed us a nail file board with focus plumbing and their phone number written on the back. I googled them found they had great reviews and gave them a call. They were very professional, however there was a small mishap. I reached out to Joe the manager, he was very accommodating and it was resolved in an incredibly professional and prompt manner. We highly recommend focus plumbing and their staff.

After researching multiple HVAC companies I chose Bumble Breeze to diagnose and eventually replace our broken AC for the following reasons.Local owned companyExcellent reviews on Yelp and GoogleNO complaints with the BBBA real person answered the phone and connected me with a tech the same day.In less than 2 hours Aaron was at out door in a mask and even put on boot covers. He attempted to salvage our AC unit but it was a lost cause so he connected me with their new unit sales rep Lou.Lou came out same day. He was direct and to the point. We needed a fair amount of equipment due to the age of our system and he not only quoted us a competitive rate he was able to get everything ordered and actually installed the next day.The installers were at our house by 8am with everything they needed. I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.
