Best Water Conditioning in Las Vegas NV

Great experience! Another source told us they would have to go through the wall to fix the faucet issue in the shower. Air ProMaster professional called and arrived early and in 15 minutes he fixed the problem. Faucet only needed a new cartridge. So happy we used Air ProMaster!

Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

The people are great the in home visit was not high pressure.
I ended up going with a new fan and a service was included.
I will be replacing my air/heater unit in the next few months and will be using Alaskan for it.

I have done business with Outwest Services for a long time. They are well versed from plumbing to A/C work. I will continue to use them whenever needed. Five star ⭐️ for sure!

Rene was excellent at fixing a complicated problem.

Replacement of a hot water heater and several valves in bath rooms and water line was accomplished in one day. A small leak at one valve was noticed the next day, but Yes plumber returned immediately to correct the problem. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work.

NICK REESE provided excellent Great Customer Service!!! From the moment he came to the door, he greeted me warmly. And throughout the service call, he patiently provided full details of issues identified and recommendations. I also appreciate being called, text and emailed that he would be running late.

Was leaving for a flight at 9:00 am and noticed a/c sounding off at midnight. They were able to get someone to my home and fix the problem before my flight!

DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE USING THEM!! The came out to offer a free check of our plumbing, and to check our water quality. First the plumbing check.. they found a few issues that we were already aware of and had previously received a few quotes on from other plumbers.. The sunny plumbers quote was almost double the cheapest quote we already had.

NOW THE WORST PART... The woman they had come do our water test was friendly enough, and spent a few hours checking our water and showing us how bad is was. She had us convinced we needed to get the whole home RO system which was $12,500. Now I will take full credit for allowing myself to be talked into this without taking more time to do more research, but that being said, here is where things went south. She told us the loan would be something in the neighborhood of 7ish percent with payments just north of $120 or so. She ran my credit (telling me it was going to be a soft pull so not to worry) and got the approval. She booked the install for the next day (Saturday) and left.

After thinking about things that night we changed our minds, called and canceled. That Monday I called to cancel the loan only to find out that the pull was indeed a HARD PULL and that the loan was no where near what we had been told. The loan was going to be 0 interest for 6 months then it was going to convert to 24.99 percent with payments of around $300! WHOA! Not what we had been told by the rep at all!!

They may be good at what they do, don't know, never got to use them after the very high quote and the misrepresentation by their sales person over the water filtration. All I can say is DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK BEFORE USING THEM.

*** Update ***

Brad from their office called me to discuss this. He said that this isn’t their usual way of doing business and apologized for the trouble. He offered a discount on the system (which we declined) to try and make things right. They also forgot to cancel the “free soap” that comes with the system so when the first shipment of that arrived he also told me to keep that. Maybe this was a fluke, but I still stand by my suggestion to do your homework beforehand.

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. They are professional, VERY responsive and have very competitive prices. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

I will definitely use them in the future.
