I called on a Saturday night and they were able to get me in the following week, of course they verified if I still had hot water (I did) -- it wasn't an emergency. Chase came out on time and did a fantastic job replacing my HWH, adding an expansion tank, and even took care of some venting that will help me down the road when I replace my furnace. It's nice to have someone with in-depth knowledge of water heaters and all the intricacies that accompany them. I feel good about the work he did, and he also was able to help me get a rebate from Spire! It's literally a win win. Thank you again Chase!
