We had a copper pipe burst in our basement on a Saturday afternoon (pipe freeze). Pierpoint Plumbing in Kansas City, MO promptly returned our call the same day and offered to repair it early Sunday morning. Plumber was very personable, did a great job and also provided valuable advice to improve our installation in the future. Work done included burst copper pipe replacement, replacement of outside faucets with new freeze-less anti-siphon faucets, installation of ball valve, and easy drain valve indoors in the basement. Charged a competitive amount . We warmly recommend Pierpoint Plumbing Company and will gladly hire them again in the future.

Had a sump pump pipe crack and flood my basement. Roto Rooter got a tech (Nate) out to me very quicky. He was able to put a temporary fix on it to get me through the night and came back the next day to do the larger replacement job. He was professional, timely, and very helpful overall during a stressful event!

They are a tad pricey BUT had I called them first I would have saved in the long run.They succeeded where others failed to unclog a main line.I was impressed and will be using them the first time the next time.Sometimes it's not always best to go the cheapest route.
